I'm suing @JBSFoodsUSA, the world's largest beef producer, for misleading the public about its environmental impact.
The beef industry is one of the largest contributors to climate change, and JBS has falsely advertised its commitment to sustainability and endangered our planet.

This has nothing to do with the environment but control of the food supply. You have animals farting and crapping in the Serengeti daily in Africa and people in India literally crap outdoors and no one bats an eye.

Here’s the bottom line: If you’re in New York and have big bucks, sooner or later Letitia James is going to sue you. Fortunately, you have options.
Option #1: Contribute heavily to Democrats in general and Letitia James in particular. You’ll probably be left alone. For now, anyway.
Option #2: Get out of New York.
As I’ve said before, I don’t know why anyone one does business in NY.
Just have Ergoron be the judge. He’s proven that facts do not matter at all and will actually make up his own to excuse his verdict.

Proof is no longer necessary. All you need is the right jury and the right judge. And given that this is New York, finding both should be easy.

This kind of crap has got to stop. I think there should be a cost associated when you bring suit and lose. If James sues JBS and loses, the state of New York must pay all legals costs of the defendant including legal fees and court costs. That might help slow down frivolous law suits and help “unclog” the courts.
So when a burger is 22.00 and folks want to know why- there you you. Maybe the next move is price controls? Thats the way communism works right?

Impossible to prove in court? It was recently shown to all that a NY jury and/or judge doesn’t need ‘proof’ to find the defendant guilty. At least twice in the last couple months or so.
As an earlier poster said, JBS, while fighting the charges and attempting to dismiss the case or at least change the venue, should stop all distribution into NY. The profits they might lose are less than the costs if you include this illegal, immoral and unethical ‘lawfare’.
When idiots have official legal authority and come after you, you are forced to argue with them and defend yourself from their idiocy.
I expect that it is only a matter of time before they contort their version of law to extend to any stock traded on the NYSE. Wait for it.
Next she is to sue every single Homo Sapien on the planet for the same reason.
