A Cook County judge Wednesday ordered the state election board to remove former President Donald Trump from Illinois’ March 19 primary ballot but put her order on hold until Friday in anticipation of a likely appeal.
Judge Tracie Porter’s decision comes amid national debate over whether Trump is disqualified from the presidency because of his actions related to the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol and whether that attack amounted to an insurrection.

So many judges now are the most evil people, willing to impose sentences on individuals because the feel like it, regardless of no legal grounds like an actual trial or conviction.
The Supreme Court should have ruled the same day they had the hearing it was pretty obvious which way they were leaning they could have just ruled that day instead of dragging on this nonsense

Because they aren’t judges.
They are members of a political party,.
And that political party is the one that decided to test if breaking laws had any stigma or penalties attached, found there were none, and have made the decision to break laws until someone stops them.
