Good question: SCOTUS raised the fact that Trump had never been convicted of leading an insurrection. Plus the Democrats have repeatedly protested electoral college results over the years.

Every black woman judge and prosecutor in the country seems to have decided to use Trump to ride the political gravy train to a higher office. This one, some low level judge in Chicago to boot him off the Illinois primary ballot using the same J6 reasoning the Colorado Court used and that the Supreme Court has already threw out.

Since when does a county judge have the power to kick a presidential candidate off the ballot? This proves the SCOTUS point that anarchy would break out in the states. There’s nothing stopping red states from barring Biden.
