Shark Tank’s Kevin O’Leary — a.k.a. “Mr. Wonderful” — ripped CNN for pathetically attempting to justify a radical New York judge’s bonkers ruling against former President Donald Trump.
Leftist CNN anchor Laura Coates appeared giddy as she touted the $355 million fine New York Supreme court judge Arthur Engoron slapped on Trump for allegedly inflating his assets to lenders, despite nobody losing money. O’Leary argued during the Feb. 19 edition of Laura Coates Live that this was a “victimless crime” due to the fact that Trump did nothing that was outside of the typical haggling that goes on between real estate developers and banks across the country. Coates got perturbed, cut O’Leary off mid-sentence and listed the alleged financial crimes Trump was charged with. “I take it your point is that these should not have been prosecuted,” Coates responded. O’Leary wouldn’t budge: “My point is there’s never been a case like this in 75 years.” O’Leary summarized that what Trump was being raked over the coals for by an activist judge with an axe to grind has been “done by every real estate developer everywhere on earth in every city. This has never, ever been prosecuted.”

To keep her campaign promise to “get Trump,” DA James turned Consumer Protection law upside down. The law is intended to protect consumers w/ no way to help themselves from predatory lenders, so they turn for help to l/e.
In this topsy turvy case, Trump is labeled the predator, accused of “preying on lenders”....
very sophisticated lenders who are fully capable of protecting themselves.
Lenders who had no gripes, no losses, who hadn’t asked the attorney general for help.
Appeals Judges are going to have to look carefully at what the powers of a NY attorney general are here.
Are they so broad that James can arbitrarily invert the law to keep a campaign promise to “get Trump?”
Is she empowered to look at a financial statement, then decide what is a “lie” (that nobody believes).
Is she empowered to put someone out of business when no fraud occurred?
Can she confiscate property for no reason whatsoever?
Astute businessman, Shark Tank’s O’Leary, summarized that what Trump was being raked over the coals for is everyday good business practice, “done by every real estate developer everywhere on earth in every city, and has never, ever been prosecuted.”
NY needs to crash hard and I live here. NYC need to be left in complete ruin. The leaders need to be driven from public office forever. That is the only hope for NY to survive.

What about property taxes??
If the state “overvalues” a property. And Charges X tax based on that valuation.
If some judge with no real estate experience decides that the property is not worth X. Do they get to sue the state and get back their taxes?

This is so transparent. I guess O’Leary just needed an audience to air his thoughts. But you can’t argue with these minions of Satan; because they have a mission and you’re in their way! She was not ignorant of the facts. She just put on the cloak of respectability to “fool” the unsophisticated among us into believing there was some justification of this bullshit!

I’m getting really confused because on TV and in the movies the black characters who are scientists, lawyers, even low level cops are intelligent, articulate, well groomed, and totally professional. Then I see real black lawyers like Fani Willis, her boyfriend, the person in the O’Leary interview, and I think, “How did these idiots get law degrees and the positions that they’re in?” It’s a mystery.
A guy on a TV show?! Where are the judges, the jurists, the Bar associations on this kangaroo court? Where the hell are at least the conservative justices of the Supreme Court ?
