You can watch video all day of them doing exactly that...
Again, on this type of case which resulted in a LEO fatality, nothing should be edited.
He didn’t think he had to comply because he was black. That’s what the real problem was.
Thanks for posting. Cops are the lefts posse commitatus work around. I am not a fan of the militarization of police force.
He was also a Felon with an illegal handgun. He should have been shot dead
He knew he was going to jail probably for multiple charges so he went tribal just like they do
Did they ever catch this guy?
We the People are armed.
Our public SERVANTS in livery need to get used to that fact, mind their manners, and show us proper respect.
Then you haven’t been paying enough attention, the scum have been crawling out of the woodwork for at least the last 5 years.
Too many people have not yet accepted that our public SERVANTS serve The State, not We the People. Our public SERVANTS have their loyalty backwards.
After a manhunt If this happened in my state he would get the death penalty because it’s happened recently
I think a lot of these so called ‘low intelligent” people are in fact very intelligent, just not educated. The way many play the angles to get free or reduced sentences suggests a fairly high intelligence or at least survival street smarts.
“What was the probable cause to ask him to exit the vehicle?”
Are you serious? Possible DUI - because of the suspected use of “weed.”
He was a convicted felon with a gun. They didn’t know that, but he deserves to go to prison no matter what just for that.
“The first words out of my mouth in this situation are probably “I’m armed.””
Yeah, but convicted felons rarely admit they have guns - because that almost automatically means prison.
I suspect her radio check let her know he was a felon, and she wanted him out of the car, away from weapons.
The deputy had already saw him driving on the wrong side of the road initially. That was enough reason to pull him over. Whether there was weed or not doesn’t justify the murder of this officer. I know the Eric Holder FR branch cop hater brigade pisses themselves with glee every time a cop is murdered. If he gets out they may or may not find weed. If the guy is a felon with a gun he may or may not go to prison, depends on his record and all still go home alive.
How did the murderer get a clear shot at the officers? They are supposed to be behind the driver, right? Isn’t it a breach of safety protocol to present oneself as a target? Don’t they call for extra officers when a suspect is uncooperative?
