Conservative group tells judge it has no evidence to back its claims of Georgia ballot stuffing

A conservative group has told a Georgia judge that it doesn't have evidence to support its claims of illegal ballot stuffing during the the 2020 general election and a runoff two months later.

Texas-based True the Vote filed complaints with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger in 2021, including one in which it said it had obtained “a detailed account of coordinated efforts to collect and deposit ballots in drop boxes across metro Atlanta” during the November 2020 election and a January 2021 runoff.

A Fulton County Superior Court judge in Atlanta signed an order last year requiring True the Vote to provide evidence it had collected, including the names of people who were sources of information, to state elections officials who were frustrated by the group's refusal to share evidence with investigators. In their written response, attorneys for True the Vote said the group had no names or other documentary evidence to share.

“Once again, True the Vote has proven itself untrustworthy and unable to provide a shred of evidence for a single one of their fairy-tale allegations," Raffensperger spokesman Mike Hassinger said Wednesday. "Like all the lies about Georgia’s 2020 election, their fabricated claims of ballot harvesting have been repeatedly debunked.”

True the Vote’s assertions were relied upon heavily for “2000 Mules,” a widely debunked film by conservative pundit and filmmaker Dinesh D’Souza. A State Election Board investigation found that surveillance camera footage that the film claimed showed ballot stuffing actually showed people submitting ballots for themselves and family members who lived with them, which is allowed under Georgia law.

The election board subpoenaed True the Vote to provide evidence that would assist it in investigating the group's ballot trafficking allegations.

True the Vote's complaint said its investigators "spoke with several individuals regarding personal knowledge, methods,

I am with you. I pledge a 25% increase in my monthly donations if at least one of them is zotted forever.

50% if I get to choose which one. Of course, the useless no-load would then become an undead-retread (Hey! I like that!) but that is the price to pay.

It sounds like we disagree on the tactics. Yes, we should push for same day (very limited exceptions) voting and paper ballots. But trying to rehash 2020, especially with the way Biden has f’ed things up will be counterproductive.

The case is not ridiculous. If this were Biden or Clinton or Obama under the same exact circumstances, you, most others here and me would be pushing for prosecution. And if anyone is asking for charges to be dropped because of her sexual infidelity and related claims, then anyone with pending charges I Fulton County should have them dropped. Free Trump. Then free the other thugs.

I’m not a monthly, but contribute $50 here, $20 there etc. I’m with you as well. Perhaps if we get one of them zotted, I’ll become a monthly as well. Sick of these anti/never Trumpers.

Then it should be easily swatted down by the Trump team. They oddly that’s not how they are proceeding.

I can’t tell you how many times I have read articles here heralding more
proven issues with the 2020 election, stating ‘still more “no evidence”’.
People have been convicted for their participation in it. They’ve been sent to prison for it. For some reason the national consensus is that nothing sinister
took place. Well, that just isn’t true. At this point it is clear that massive corruption took place during that election. If you wish to remain in denial
over it, I don’t mind. Just don’t go around acting as if you have clear
thinking on the topic. It is not rational at all to think that a non-charismatic,
non-campaigning, non-drawing of supporters to campaign events, person
like Joe Biden could draw massive more votes than Obama or Clinton. That
Is simply not possible. We even had Republicans admitting they crossed
over and voted for Obama based on skin color. He still wound up with 15
million fewer votes than Biden? Ah…. NO.

Corruptocracies don’t follow the law. A DC jury just made a ruling nullifying freedom of speech because it was speech they didn’t like and that is hardly a new thing for them.

I’m those cases the defense has to preserve the ability to appeal rather than trying to win in an unwinnable court.

In this case the entire prosecution was nothing more than a sexual quid pro quo, but the corrupt Georgia RINOs don’t care because Trump.

The left is saying True the Vote said they had no evidence. I don’t think that is exactly how they responded. It seems TTF refuses to provide the names of confidential informants. It hardly follows they don’t have evidence.

Right, their response is that they don't have any "non-privileged" evidence, not that they don't have the evidence. TTV refuses to give Ratburger privileged material, and notes the matter is in federal court. It's very clear to me the evidence is there but, its privileged. The government doesn't have a right to compel information about a reporter's sources when compiling evidence of government misconduct.

What you and I believe doesn’t mean anything unless people get sent to jail and voting laws get changed and in the years since 2020 nothing has been done about the cheating

If TTV actually has real evidence of voter fraud they need to release it for everyone to see, otherwise what was their motive to investigate the election

If the purpose was to prove election fraud then release the evidence otherwise they are just grifters

Try reading my post again, and notice I did not mention these people.

The truth has been leaking out across the nation. It’s simply irrefutable
at this point.

Massive vote fraud took place in November of 2000.

To too many freeper’s the whole system is corrupt if Trump can’t prevail rather than admitting his issues. Seriously, Trump could take a fresh unopened deck of cards, certify there were no flaws and were perfect in every way, play solitaire and lose, then claim the deck was rigged and people would start claiming the same.

No you didn’t but the article posted to start this discussion was about TTV saying in open court they had no evidence and I’m saying either put up or shut up to TTV

I’m tired of hearing, all the people alleging voter fraud claiming to have all the evidence and no releasing anything

Mike Lindell is the king of hyping voter fraud and producing no real evidence

Until laws are changed and people held accountable none of this leaked evidence means nothing

I don’t like that either, but the fact is, there have been voter fraud revelations
across the nation. I’m not focusing on these people because they are irrelevant,
and the truth is out there. By criticizing these people, you are contributing to a
belief that no evidence has surfaced. Massive evidence has. Why bolster a
false narrative?

Yes...we can still get along and disagree!

My point is-we can’t just try to prevent it from happening again...we need to find people, and openly and publicly punish them with REAL penalties, jail time, fired from jobs, and ruined reputations, otherwise...

They absolutely will do that again. We can disagree on the tactics, FRiend...:)

Actually it does mean something. The public has accepted the fact massive vote fraud took place in 2000. Even a considerable amount of democrats agree.
