Killing them is another kettle of fish.
One would think. The lack of discussion of motive is glaring. It st least needs to be mentioned as an open issue
If an offender thought some activity was appropriate to force on a stranger against their will, that criminal most certainly believes it isn’t either cruel or unusual as punishment in return.
In fact, he thinks it is as wholesome as a handshake or a simple “Have a good day!”
So bullies like to be bullied…?
YES!!!!!!
I’m not seeing the problem here.
The justice system will protect us.
That may have been true at one time. It sure does not apply any longer. Just ask the J6ers.
Lessons:
>NEVER use your own device (laptop or otherwise).
>NEVER use said device on your own wifi.
>Keep its wireless utilities (wifi & bluetooth) OFF (or in a mylar bag) until situated within range of a public wifi FAR from your home.
>Be aware that it’s nearly impossible to avoid 100% of cctv cameras, including on highways.
>Use a VPN purchased with a gift card exclusively for this device.
>Even while traveling just to use wifi, do not use your own vehicle (LPRs - i.e., ‘license plate readers’ - exist in many jurisdictions on most highways/interstates and are sifted for evidence in every investigation).
There is more, but I’m not getting into those details...
Don’t be so sure . . . The dead pedophile was black and the good guy is white. Surely that makes it a “hate crime”?
sounds good to me.
Looks like I’m in the minority here, but what this guy did was totally wrong. If I were on his jury, I’d be voting guilty and recommending a death sentence on top of that. He has no such right or authority to do this regardless of the fact his victim was a child molester.
Mylar of itself doesn’t block anything. It has to be coated Mylar.

Er, I meant, child predator (no one said he was a child molester)
The shooter is facing serious legal consequences. If the alleged crime involves planning to shoot, luring him, and robbing him, the State of Texas may charge the shooter with Capital Murder.
He should be charged and convicted of littering and given a fine.
Mea culpa: Knowledge bias.
Correctamundo.
So they both showed up to the meeting with intentions. I’m not on board with murder but I think we have bigger fish to fry.
15-20 years ago, I’d agree. That stated, one case here in my area involved a father who hunted down his daughter’s abusive boyfriend - who had also threatened to kill her - and killed him in cold blood.
A grand jury did not recommend charges, a surprising result from a heavily leftist community.
The perversion of what’s been referred to as ‘restorative justice’ under the soros prosecutors’ movement has resulted in an unprecedented crime wave across the country, destroying innocent lives, families and children.
We don’t need a Punisher:
We need a MILLION Punishers.
THAT’s the result of this radical leftist movement and this guy was just a reaction to it.
Hero, in my book. But I have a personal bias against child predators.
“So they both showed up to the meeting with intentions.”
That is not going to walk him out of a murder charge.
And if Spencer shot and robbed Showers, that’s Capital Murder, as for Showers, it does not appear at that moment, Showers was committing a crime.
He was using the app or website to find out where child molesters live and then set them up.
