ROME — Pope Francis has written to his “Jewish brothers and sisters in Israel,” exhorting them to break the “incessant cycles” of war and hatred in the Holy Land.
Since October 7 the Holy Land “has been cast into a spiral of unprecedented violence,” the pontiff writes. “My heart is torn at the sight of what is happening in the Holy Land, by the power of so much division and so much hatred.”
In his letter, the pope laments the manifestations of “anti-Semitism and anti-Judaism” that have emerged during the conflict, underscoring the “particular and singular” relationship binding Jews to Catholics.

Breaking the spiral of hatred and violence where islam is concerned means destroying islam and its adherents. They only understand superior violence and strength.
Why don’t you give it a try Pope. Israel has tried many times with no success. Perhaps you will be successful. First off, see if you can arrange a summit with them. It will make for interesting bets, as to whether you will even survive that with your life.

Phuck the Communist Pope! He demands that Israel take on all of the burden; he merely “laments” the actions of the Arab Nazis on October 7, but doesn’t call for THEM to stop murdering Jews. At least in this regard, this asshole is a traditional Catholic, in that he cannot and will not recognize either Israel as a nation, or the right of Jews to govern themselves as Jews - it destroys the idea that Christianity supersedes Judaism if the Jews can rise again to have a nation.

Justice is not hatred. As we see in our country where evil is not punished, innocents suffer. The Bible put government in one role.. to protect nations from evil doers whereby the family and faith units are unable to do so.
If church discipline is practiced and the evildoers persist, next it’s up to the government.
