I am hoping Jack Smith gets the new covid strain.
I know I’m wishing but maybe, just maybe, some people don’t want the payback when Trump wins.
Trump said no revenge or retribution but nothing about a reckoning.

More likely Coyote can't catch the Road Runner yet again. The cases against Trump are falling apart. Liberals now have the fantasy that the Fani Willis case against Trump can still go ahead if Fani is removed due to CORRUPTION. And what prosecutor is going to take up her crappy case that was investigated by the equally corrupt Nathan Wade who has been boning her on the side for $$$? The J6 case looks to be delayed into oblivion meaning PAST the November election. Oh and Wade was dopey enough to submit invoices for meetings with White House officials which means it could DESTROY all of Smith's cases as well as reveal to the public just how CORRUPT the Biden Regime is in its pursuit of Trump.
I don’t think they actually want to make it to a courtroom.
They just want to drag it out a long time, so it will be in the news over and over and over again, but they don’t want it to get into an actual courtroom and a decision made, probably against them, which would set precedent which will be used to dismiss other cases

I am beginning to think the whole Get Trump effort is a lawfare sham, like the J6 Committee was, not so much real as theatrics intended to drive down Trump’s chances. The state hopes to keep it going long enough to impact the campaign this summer or Fall. They wish they could nail him but they know that in reality they have no case. Idk if Jack Smith is a dupe or a willing conspirator. He doesn’t seem all that smart to me.
Even after those thoughts, I'll take a wait and see.
Pssst! That is another appeal that Team Trump will be making AFTER the immunity appeal (if necessary). Immunity appeal might be enough to delay PAST the election.

Yeah but liberals have been clinging (until now) to their March 4 trial date fantasy. Among them is MSNBC's Glenn Kirschner who has been assuring viewers that the March 4 trial date is certain or, at worst, will only be delayed a few weeks until end of March.
We have a few NeverTrumpers too who have been clinging to that date.
None of these accusations land, they use the mere suggestion of impropriety to scare off any milktoast pubs.
It doesn’t work any longer, at least to degree it used to and that’s a very good thing.

The significance of the March 4 date was the proximity to March 5 Super Tuesday, and timed for maximal political impact, i.e. election interference under the color of law. At least that dirty truck won’t come to fruition.
