I don’t think they actually want to make it to a courtroom.
They just want to drag it out a long time, so it will be in the news over and over and over again, but they don’t want it to get into an actual courtroom and a decision made, probably against them, which would set precedent which will be used to dismiss other cases
I agree...just dragging it out and costing him money and using lawfare to intimidate people who might consider joining his team.
