Today, lawyers for Trump filed this motion, which adopted the pending motion to dismiss by co-defendant Michael Roman – and which provided a new basis for the recusal of FultonCo DA Willis, if not the outright dismissal of the case.
Roman’s motion, filed 1/8, contained the explosive allegation that Willis was having an improper and unethical affair with the subordinate she appointed, Special Prosecutor Wade. This was improper for a number of reasons: it showed favoritism to her unqualified affair partner (Wade still married), it gave the appearance of favoritism, and it provided a financial incentive for investigation and prosecution of Trump, et al., as Willis herself benefited financially...
[snip]
As you see from video, these were racially charged accusations which elicited emotional/approving responses from church attendees. Willis’s remarks, shared through YouTube and local and national news, have undoubtedly reached many in the Fulton County jury pool – a majority Democrat jurisdiction that elected Willis as their DA.
Through her statements, Willis has transformed this case from an egregious RICO prosecution to one which the defendants, by their lawyers, are attacking the peoples’ elected representative based on the color of her skin. The prosecution has tainted this case with race, stoking the worst kind of racial division through appeals to God.
[snip] she has also violated Georgia’s lawyer ethics rules:
The DA’s self-serving comments came with the added, sought after, benefit of garnering racially based sympathy for her self-inflicted quagmire. That being so, the DA’s comments directly ran afoul of Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 3.8 Special Responsibilities of a Prosecutor, subsection (g): The prosecutor in a criminal case shall “… refrain from making extrajudicial comments that have a substantial likelihood of heightening public condemnation of the accused.” The maximum penalty for a violation of Rule 3.8 is disbarment.

[Note: In the excerpt above, I did a bit of editing to keep to the 300 word limit. It did not change a bit of the meaning of any phrase or sentence or the opinion in the piece. I had a hard time cutting out enough to reach the limit and I didn't want to encourage people not to go reach the entire article since the writer deserves the clicks for his work).
You must find the defendant guilty because I'm black, and if you acquit you're a racist and the blacks in Georgia will riot.-PJ
“I’m too big..do it for me!
Tainted the jury pool? More like REEKS it.
The democrats ALWAYS overreach. Enough is never enough.
“Basically, Fani Willis’ (via Nathan Wade) closing argument to the jury is:
You must find the defendant guilty because I’m black, and if you acquit you’re a racist and the blacks in Georgia will riot.
-PJ”
Yeah, that was basically it.
I said earlier in this saga that Willis was her own worst lawyer in getting in front of that church and speaking for 30 minutes while dancing around the issue of the accusations of an affair. When accused of something, the less you say the better. Then, she doubled-down on her error by saying more than necessary in her responsive pleading. She alleged that Wade’s wife was having an affair first while at the same time saying she had no special knowledge of the issues of the couple’s divorce.
Well, based upon her own pleading, she apparently DOES have special knowledge; the information about an affair by Wade’s estranged wife.
Willis and Wade flew too close to the sun in their DEI wings and it appears they might just get burnt.
Fani is insatiable, apparently. She is starting to make Catherine the Great look like a piker.
She apparently has a whole string of lawyer lovers from Atlanta to DC and back. Her husband is a cuck.

Everything about this whore is nauseating. But it’s the contact between her office and The Big Guy’s Department of Just Us that warrant complete dismissal by a court...with prejudice!

What exposes her true motives-—which she didnt share with church members-—is that Willis hired a PR type firm for $10,000 to monitor her media coverage just days before announcing the probe into former President Donald Trump (according to invoices and emails obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation).
<><>Willis announced in a letter sent to four state officials, including Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, on Feb. 11, 2021 that she had opened a criminal probe into Trump over his alleged attempts to influence the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. This move also might earn her tangible rewards since it endeared her to Joe Biden.
<><>However, just days earlier, her office contracted with Critical Mention, a New York-based media monitoring service designed for tracking mentions and metrics such as the publicity value that would showcase her burgeoning political potential to a person like Joe Biden.
Atlanta-based criminal defense attorney and legal analyst Philip Holloway told the DCNF that prosecutors are required “to be objective and to wield their great power without bias and certainly not to use the criminal justice system as a ladder to political success.”
The first invoice charging $10,000 for the annual contract is dated Feb. 8, 2021. Emails show DA Willis was in discussion with the company as early as Feb. 1.
“We are getting more coverage via your name than by title,” said what appears to be a Fulton County employee in a Feb. 2021 email, referencing Willis. “This graph has the coverage value for the last week at over $150 million.”
“I ran a report for mentions of ‘Fulton County District Attorney’ worldwide for the last seven days. Critical Mention (the PR monitoring platform I told you guys about that we contract for last week) gives a ‘publicity value’ to the coverage, which is meant to reflect what it would cost to buy paid advertising equivalent to the penetration of the media coverage,” the email continues.
“While it can be a bit exaggerated, it says in the last week we’ve gotten media coverage equivalent to $67 million in advertising. Even half of that value would be staggering.”
Critical Mention’s website pitches its service to “PR, Communications and marketing agencies” who use the platform to “to help clients track earned media coverage in real-time, analyze campaigns and grow their brands......
.......and, in Willis’ case, as a way to advance and gauge her political potential.........
I’m still trying to figure out why Wade would want this relative dog over his very attractive former wife...
Can’t wait to see her thrown out on her ‘willis’.
“Everything about this whore is nauseating. But it’s the contact between her office and The Big Guy’s Department of Just Us that warrant complete dismissal by a court...with prejudice!”
I bet they will remove Fani from the case, the communications between her office and the WH will never be shown, and the evidence of the entire involvement of the “Biden” administration in this case will be erased from our collective memory. Or, “debunked” as some might say.
Then KJP can go in front of the press and say that nothing was a conflict of interest, they were just discussing calendar schedule conflicts.
Then Kirby will come out and clean up what KJP said and declare that there was no meeting between DoJ and Georgia prosecutors, they were discussing 2024 election procedures or something unrelated.

If this case gets tossed or later dismissed by new special counsel, Fani’s reputation will go from GOAT to goat in a heartbeat.

Fani Willis apparently has Sunshine Pu$$y, the bane of millions of black men.
Its how she got a leg up in politics much like Kamala Harris with her mayor.
When Fani wants something ,she throws a glory ***k at some poor victim and he is never quite the same again. Its an evolutionary replacement for intelligence.
Fani’s violations continue to grow:
“Fani Willis Failed To Disclose Airline Ticket Paid For By Alleged Lover, Docs Show”
“Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis failed to disclose a plane ticket purchased in her name by her alleged lover Nathan Wade, according to 2022 financial disclosure forms obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation.
Willis did not disclose any gifts from Wade on her annual Income and Financial Disclosure Report for 2022, which requires the disclosure of any gift or favor above $100 from a “prohibited source” — such as anyone “doing business with the county.” “
Send this link to Fani. She will appreciate ot very much:
