Yes, everybody knows that. Why do you think that is significant?

Getting them fixed is better than letting them starve. a local rescue should be able to help you, or direct you to ones that can.

There are some rescues that do nothing but trap and spay/neuter. if the cats are feral though, they like to return them because they are not adoptable. if they can get homes, they can be brought to a rescue or shelter that handles that part.

if your local county Animal shelter isnt too full, they can sometimes help with either stage too.

Although cats can seem sort of wild and independent, they aren’t wild animals that can exist on their own. They’re just really smart domesticated animals.

Yeah; I humanized the 5 kittens as soon as I found them in the barn where mom had taken them.

I played with and touched them most every day.

Their mom was pretty much tame as the last one still hanging around.

The other barn cats I had before were pretty wild as I had pet goats to occupy my time and attention. When the last of them died, the cats became my objects to spoil.

I just got started and rescue here myself. And I’m learning about what the different functions are. There’s also people that take care of colonies, and most of the cats are feral. But they trap them and get them fixed.

Hopefully you can find a group that will help you out. And it gets paid for with donations.
