It’s true. The Uniparty would never have rigged an election if DeSantis were the Republican nominee. So, there would have been no need for a J6 protest.
Second guessing Trump is not a good campaign strategy for DeSantis.

RDS would have made Nancy do her job and get the Capitol police out there and also would have used his authority to require the National Guard. The whole thing was a set up and he walked right into it because they knew he was weak (from his non-handling of the BLM riot and attempt to set fire to the WH).
Trump didn’t cause the rioting (the under covers and Antifa did) but he hadn’t taken enough precautions and in addition he was so weak in dealing with Nancy (who should have been out immediately after tearing up the SOTU on live tv) that she knew she could get away with anything.
DeSantis gets rid of people like that. Trump blustered but never actually did anything to combat his real enemies.

Sure he would have. Nobody would ever have crossed DeSantis. He has the magic touch when it comes to dealing with subversive elements in his midst - just like the way he’s laid down the law with his own campaign staff. What he says, goes. He would never tolerate people giving him bad advice just for the paycheck. He’d never allow his staff to flub a campaign rollout. He’d never wait days at a time to answer difficult questions until he could ask his campaign what to say, and then take their bad advice. No, not Ron. He’s the Boss.
It’s true, J6 would not have happened under DeSantis.
Desantis would have gotten federal election integrity legislation signed in his first or second year in office. Plus he would have concentrated on having a organization that worked on election integrity in the states, instead of holding pep rallies and complaining about it for his first term and since.
Desantis wouldn’t have turned his office over to Fauci and company and financed the election fraud with CARES cash that enabled the cheat with lengthy Chinese inspired “flatten the curve” lockdowns. The J6 protests would not have been necessary. Trump was rolled by Pelosi and the swamp.
With DeSantis in office there likely would not have been the blue wave in 2018 sweeping so many Dims into Congress. While there was significant election fraud in 2020, it’s a mistake to underestimate how many voters reflexively loathe Trump and how it energizes them to vote; which greatly reduces the scale of cheating necessary.
