Who ever claimed Californians were full of crap?
Officials in the Golden State this week approved new “toilet-to-tap” regulations, allowing water agencies to take wastewater from homes, recycle it and pump it back to households in an effort to boost the state’s dwindling water supply.
“It will truly be the highest quality water delivered in the state when it’s done,” said Darrin Polhemus, director of the Division of Drinking Water

I’m sure the guberment will use the lowest bidder or a cousin to build the system.
Read someplace that even filtered, reverse osmosis water does not filter out the prescription meds.

Its like the world never heard of reverse osmosis. Come on Bill, why make this so complicated it cant be run by indigenous people. The unionized workforce does not exist in developing countries. The infrastructure for using this does not exist where the water is needed the most. Runs great in Commiefornia where an incompetent illegal Mexican or worse will poison the water supply of half the state with the turning of the wrong (or right) valve.
