If the Rats get away with this, there’s nothing to stop them from doing it to DeSantis on an equally bogus charge. From the start, the belief among the never-Trumpers is that once Trump is neutralized, the Rats will shut down their election fraud operation and allow the election to proceed without interference. Nothing could be further from the truth.
So.

If SCOTUS upholds this America is toast quicker than they (the DNC) planned.
It’s time for DeSantis and other Republican to fold up their campaign tents and rally behind Trump.
The real fight is against the fanatical Deep State evil-doers who are trying to take away our constitutional right to vote for our preferred candidates.
They are grabbing and consolidating the power to decide who may run for president and who may not.
And they are gradually having some success in doing just that.
