Contraception is for the losers in life and motherhood is for the winners in life…I make no apologies for sharing this hard truth with my FRiends. Kellyanne and her GOP supporters wants to turn the US into the party for the working women. Bad idea! Turn the GOP into the party that promotes families and motherhood. There should be no government funding for contraception.

Additionally, tax codes should be changed to promote families by providing tax deductions for children. The culture needs to change with respect to families or we will be like Europe and Canada with TFRs close to 1 when 2.1 is needed to sustain a population.

What about driving the message home that putting food on the table is more important than killing babies.

Poor choices. Just like the very poor choice of her picking with that fat slob George husband of hers. they finally called it quits after two decades, IIRC.

The problem with these Christians is that they have no faith at all. Killing babies to stay in power is not going to look good when it’s time to be judged.

Dem’s learned from the 2004 Karl Rove playbook. Get out masses of people on a social issue. 2004 was gay marriage, this one is proabortion. The pro aborts want it more.

Tax code and entitlements support the single mom. There are single women with a support system that have more kids just to get more government support. Both sides built that system, no one is going to tear it down. Reality, have to live there

This is politics. The traditional model only plays to common sense. Problem is there are fewer and fewer with common sense.

So I agree with Kellyanne, we have to have a narrative that plays in the whole political sandbox and common sense tells me to see it for what it is: politics not legislation.

Kellyanne Conway: Cafeteria Catholic.

Surely she knows that contraception, part and parcel with the culture of death, is the gateway drug that leads to the proliferation of abortion in society.

She is off her rocker. How could she walk away from the faith in this way?

Conservatives have the result they fought for and wanted throughout my life - Roe v. Wade has been overturned, abortion laws are decided at the state level, those states in which the majority oppose abortion have outlawed it, and those states in which the majority favor abortion have legalized it. We’ve won. There’s no need for Kellyanne Conway or anyone else claiming to be a conservative to try for a nationwide policy on abortion - there is no nationwide consensus on abortion, and any attempt to pretend that there is one will only end in failure.

My “abortion strategy” would be to encourage blue states to adopt the most permissive abortion laws of all — and then openly proclaim that this is an important national imperative because the country is better off with fewer Democrats.

I’d be curious to see how the Democrats deal with that conundrum.

Kellyanne Conway has no standing to be be lecturing on anything or leading anywhere.

This perverted stance of hers is promoted by perverse Murdoch Media family and the UniParty hacks.

I agree short term wins are needed to push the bigger picture.

Spiritual revival is the only long term answer.

With fake news, voter fraud and poll fraud in mind, it's difficult to determine how people are actually voting regarding abortion rights. I do believe that there are a large segment in society, both men and women, who are not convicted or offended by the killing of a child in the womb. Some even support/justify killing a child after the child is born à la Peter Singer. So, regarding the abortion issue, a candidate or party has the choice of defending the child in the womb and losing votes to rabid pro-abortionists, take a compromised or finessed position or take an uncompromised pro-life position.

The thing we don't see are political ads that show dismembered and chemically burnt aborted babies. This is the reality - not argumentative words! We don't see political ads quoting callous and vile so-called abortionist doctors and abortion leaders. You would think wrapping vile quotes and pictorial realities around abortionists would serve to change the heart of 'some' pro-abortion people.

What other means/strategy does the pro-life candidate have to win over callous, self-centered pro-abortion people?

"Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up? Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up." - Daniel 3:14-18

“””reach a consensus on the abortion issue lest Democrats continue to use it as a “turnout intensifier” in November”””

The ‘abortion’ issue is nothing more than a distraction from the Republicans failure to stop election fraud in the past three years since the 2020 election.

Your comments make sense and I tend to agree.

However we must be realistic that being a stay at home mother, raising the children and caring for the family went out the door in the 70’s. It’s now hardwired into our current culture that women must work in order to be equal.

The democrats are now trying to hardwire abortion into the culture as needed for the successful women.

This cannot be turned around overnight. Kellyanne’s idea is a good start. It may not promote motherhood, but would help end the slaughter.

I always wondered about her with that communist husband of hers, glad to see she dumped him.

What is abortion strategy? You either kill the unborn or you don’t.

My position...in today’s culture we’re going to lose on this single issue. The fact is, many women will vote on this alone.

So long as our position is for it to be illegal we lose the narrative.

My suggested approach - you don’t make it illegal BUT, HUGE BUT, we show every 16 year old girl the graphic details of abortion during sec education. I don’t just mean pictures. I mean video. I want them to see the reality of a 4 week, 8 week, 6 month, etc. baby being dismembered. I want them to see the obvious struggle, what it really looks like when you crush the skull to suck out the brain - and then the resulting chopped up parts.

I also suggest we start with a baby at birth, born - showing a cute new miracle...then work backwards through age on multiple abortions. The first being the partial birth abortion. Show multiple abortions all the way back to a 1 month old fetus. Show how early there’s a heartbeat and a nervous system.

Then let the left claim “this is just a clump of cells”, that it “isn’t a human being yet”.

There’s a cold hard reality of what is being done. So long as people are shielded from that reality and don’t have to see it, they can lie to themselves that it is...”just a clump of cells”. THAT is the narrative that needs to be destroyed. It ISN’T only “my body”. Fine, you want to be able to choose to kill that which lives off you? At least know exactly what you’re doing.

We need every doctor that performs them to be considered the most vile people on the planet. We need every male to know they will be held accountable.

This is a matter of culture and morality, not law. That will also defeat the “back ally abortions” narrative.

I’m not sure I’ll convince many here but I do believe, with the right facts known, the vast majority of young women will make a different choice.
