Eff this skeezy rigged-"elections" banana republic that we live in.
Sort of the point isn't it?
The judicial system in AZ is fubar’d.
It has the McCain corruption infestation.
WTF? I think ruling the way he did corrodes public confidence even more because it appears the judge fears that some ballot/vote tampering did occur.
This ruling erode public confidence in the voting process; this is just another nail in that confidence coffin. I fear for this Republic.
The corrupt courts have me convinced that vote fraud has been happening for a long time. Long enough to make sure they had the corrupt judges needed to keep the fake elections in place.
Uhm....so...uhm....yeah...well maybe, just maybe...uhm...may I dare suggest...the elections be conducted in an honest transparent way???
“An Arizona judge on Wednesday denied 2022 Republican gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake’s request to review ballot envelope signatures, concluding it “would have a corrosive effect on public confidence in the electoral process.””
Cannot review the process for fraud. That would corrode public trust. Quite an amazing admission. One would think it would strengthen trust.... unless of course....
LOLOLOL....pant, pant, pant...ROFLOL.
He's nuts. There is ZERO public confidence today. Can you corrode a ZERO?
She’s saying 17,000 ballots are no good. She wants to see for herself if the match. I saw the process and how they reviewed them and how ballots were resolved. IMHO....Kari should be concentrating on her run...I think Sinema is going to clobber her. Kari’s experience...”0”.
No, he is saying the dems have a good thing going. Proof of election fraud that might lead people to believe that elections are rigged.
That is the corrosive slope of insurrection.
Imagine for example that the covid VAX were proven to be unsafe and ineffective, the mental health effects on the sheep would foment distrust unrest and unhappiness.
Except this is about the 10th suit over the same issue.
Wait, if this proved things were correct, wouldn’t that prove the election was legit? The ruling suggests the judge knows it was stolen.
Other likely pearls of wisdom from this genius:
Allowing diners enough light to see their food would have a corrosive effect on their satisfaction with their meal.
Permitting prospective car buyers to test drive cars would have a corrosive effect on sales of certain models of cars.
Requiring periodic audits of banks would have a corrosive effect on public faith in some banks.
And to come full circle: Requiring government transparency would have a corrosive effect on public confidence in their elected officials.
[[ it “would have a corrosive effect on public confidence in the electoral process.”]]
Judge must be a mind reader- but he sucks at it as many have stated that they want FAIR elections and a transparent process!
The gist of it is that letting the loser of an election check to see the names of people who voted for the winner amounts to a means to collect the names of voters, which allows the losing candidate to harass those voters.
I understand that part, but by denying any sort of validation check on the ballots, there's no way for the losing party to have confidence that they lost fairly.
The winning party and the bureaucrats affiliated with the losing party don't have a problem with the losing party not having confidence in the elections. It actually serves their purpose better if they stay home and don't vote.
The problem really isn't really whether or not Kari Lake lost fair and square, but that the dems see no reason to look into the claims of fraud and prove it because they don't believe they'll ever end up on the other end of this problem.
