IIRC, according to some court precedence, ANY discrepancy in racial/gender representation in the workplace from population demographics is automatically proof of discrimination. Therefore any workplace that white males are underrepresented as a percentage of their population is guilty of discrimination.

Too many of the "6" are white women who unfortunately tend to be "liberal". In fact, women outnumber men.

Us men are a minority but are treated as though we're an oppressive majority.

As a White male, I felt the sting of systemic racism when I registered for college. I discovered there were numerous grants and scholarships I was not eligible to apply for because of my skin color and gender.

Yet, for those limited number of scholarships and grants I was permitted to apply for, I had to compete against women and minorities.

For the record, I needed financial help as much as most other young people did.

Happened with my son (now in his 3rd year in college). There were many grants he didn’t qualify for because he is a normal Caucasian kid with good grades. It probably surprised him, perhaps this was a first lesson for the real world.

When I attended college decades ago, the bias against White males was bad. The discrimination your son faces on the college campus nowadays must be terrible.

What really ticks me off is that the white guys who actually did the crud, got all the benefits and then rode off into the sunset with pensions and their own special parking spots near the door of every store.

While the rest of us have to be treated like 3rd class citizens for our entire lives.
