BREAKING: 11th Circuit Emergency Writ Accepted To Hear Case To Invalidate Fraudulent 2020, 2022 Elections - Justice Clarence Thomas To Rule

An 'Application' to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was accepted as a Writ of Mandamus through the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

This Writ of Mandamus (Application) is something Justice Thomas can rule on independently, or he can forward it to the whole of the Supreme Court.

The applicant is asking that Florida's 2022 General Election (with a 2020 option) be set aside and held anew. There is also room for the 2020 election cycle to be set aside as well, since the evidence shows the same uncertified and uncertifiable equipment was used in both election cycles.

The same evidence proves that the whole of the elections throughout the country were vulnerable to the same fraud, which allows Justice Thomas, or the whole of the Supreme Court, to set aside the results of the entire country for both the 2020 and the 2022 election cycles

The 11th Circuit also covers Georgia.

You can see the writ on the links below:

Justice Thomas can only issue stays pending revue by the entire court. A writ of mandamus must be granted by SCOTUS as a whole, not a single justice. This was filed pro se, in forma pauperis, meaning the filer is too poor to pay the court costs. The benefit for doing that at SCOTUS is that in such case SCOTUS accpets briefs written on standard 8.5" x ll" paper. Usually, the parties must file little booklets which are more difficult to have printed and bound before filing. IMHO, this has no chance of success, but I would like to be wrong. I appreciate the effort from this party.

The entire article is nonsense, it’s not clear who is the plaintiff or the case has gone thru a normal court process from district court to appeals court and now before the Supreme Court.

If a case could seriously threaten the outcome of the 2020 and 2022 election outcome it would be a national story on every newscast in America not some newspaper no one has ever heard of

It should get no serious attention from anyone

Does that mean that Trump has been president all these years in which case can he run again in 2024?

Half right. Yes that would mean he was The President all along and it’s nearly time for him to make an endorsement for the 2024 election

He deserves a third term after what the dems and media did to him during the first term.

I don’t think this is going to “undo” anything.
Might be some protesters at CT’s house. I pray for the safety of the SCOTUS justices. We don’t need more drama.

Re: 52 - LOL, the “Trump” is the 19th President” willful ignorance.

No thread would be complete without a conspiracy theory.

If, by some stretch of the imagination, he is declared the winner and there is less than two years left, it’s possible he could run again. The maximum a President can serve is 10 years. Should that situation come up it would take another case/decision with the USSC I’d guess.

This likes the Dems vying to have a new Florida Governor election only - they don't want to redo 2020.

Maybe they think they can now cheat DeSantis out of the Governor's seat.

2020 election review is "an option" - never happen.

So if I understand correctly, the Democrats all went after Justice Thomas because of his wife doing what any normal citizen can do and now he gets to rule on this? Of the irony of it all.

“There were problems with the Florida 2022 and 2020 elections? I wasn’t aware of any problem until now.”

I wonder why Al Gore isn’t in prison for what he did in 2000.

“We’re the machines the same as the ones in PA, AZ, and GA?”

All we need is Georgia and the rest fall into place.

this is targeting florida, one of the only states whose 2022 results matched what one would reasonably expect for a mid-term given what all had gone one with the ruling party the prior 2 years.
