An 'Application' to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was accepted as a Writ of Mandamus through the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
This Writ of Mandamus (Application) is something Justice Thomas can rule on independently, or he can forward it to the whole of the Supreme Court.
The applicant is asking that Florida's 2022 General Election (with a 2020 option) be set aside and held anew. There is also room for the 2020 election cycle to be set aside as well, since the evidence shows the same uncertified and uncertifiable equipment was used in both election cycles.
The same evidence proves that the whole of the elections throughout the country were vulnerable to the same fraud, which allows Justice Thomas, or the whole of the Supreme Court, to set aside the results of the entire country for both the 2020 and the 2022 election cycles
The 11th Circuit also covers Georgia.

Here’s hoping Justice Thomas gets payback for the racist confirmation hearing lead by the bidet.
There were problems with the Florida 2022 and 2020 elections? I wasn’t aware of any problem until now.
But wait, if the 2020 election is set aside then what? Does that mean that Trump has been president all these years in which case can he run again in 2024?
No, they probably say that he has been president for these past couple years. Therefore he no longer qualifies for 2024, since that would effectively be a third term.
Justice Thomas should overturn the 2020 election. It’s judicial review.
As long as no verdict is delivered before Jan 1. 2024, he can serve the remaining years of this term and seek a 5rd term in 2024 as well. But the question is, who is bringing this case? I haven’t read that as of yet.
Well, you don’t say?
Maybe election fraud etc evidence will be heard in a court of proper jurisdiction.
Nah...

Florida went for Trump, how does this help? We’re the machines the same as the ones in PA, AZ, and GA?
Every time I think someone in power will wake up and smell the coffee the rug gets pulled out from under them.
Those elections ceased to matter when the real presidential election took place on December 14, uncontested by the State Legislatures which had the SOLE power over appointment of Electors.
Where in the Constitution do you see anything about a “presidential election”?
I dont know what this means but if it is set aside then Florida’s elections should be re-done. There were other states that complained about uncertified machines but I dont think they would have changed the outcome, ie NM
there was not one court who would hear the cases on the merits.
Christine Scott (No Party Affiliation) ran for election to the U.S. House to represent Florida's 23rd Congressional District. She lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
This stuff is embarrassing.
