An 'Application' to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was accepted as a Writ of Mandamus through the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
This Writ of Mandamus (Application) is something Justice Thomas can rule on independently, or he can forward it to the whole of the Supreme Court.
The applicant is asking that Florida's 2022 General Election (with a 2020 option) be set aside and held anew. There is also room for the 2020 election cycle to be set aside as well, since the evidence shows the same uncertified and uncertifiable equipment was used in both election cycles.
The same evidence proves that the whole of the elections throughout the country were vulnerable to the same fraud, which allows Justice Thomas, or the whole of the Supreme Court, to set aside the results of the entire country for both the 2020 and the 2022 election cycles
The 11th Circuit also covers Georgia.
You can see the writ on the links below:

Justice Thomas + 11th district. This is an interesting development
Hope thomas hasn’t scheduled any hunting trips to west texass
Imagine the ramifications if the 2022 midterm elections were also nullified and they were held again. Also keep in mind that no electronic voting machines would be allowed, because both of these elections were overturned based upon the voting machines.
The chances of these elections being nullified are slim to none at best in my opinion. I hope I'm wrong. 🙂
it says no party affiliation.
“Yeah, but do they allow Hairy Christians to solicite?”
Yes, they even allow Bald Christians to solicit.
There's a right to a republican form of government.
Fraud abridges that right for all involved.
> Here’s hoping Justice Thomas gets payback for the racist confirmation hearing lead by the bidet.
revenge would be sweet...
Boy we better get Meadows to testify that he told Trump there was no widespread fraud.
Alito and Thomas wanted to hear the TX vs PA lawsuit
“Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction.”
SCOTUS Denies Texas

“Fraud abridges that right for all involved.”
DO YOU MEAN?
’ sect. 499: ‘Fraud vitiates every thing, and a judgment equally with a contract; that is, a judgment obtained directly by fraud, and not merely a judgment founded on a fraudulent instrument; for, in general, the court will not go again into the merits of an action for the purpose of detecting and annulling the fraud.’ . . . ‘
That’s hard to say!:)
On the surface, it appears that she filed a frivolous lawsuit over being denied the ability to solicit signatures in Walmart's parking lot.
I don't shop at Walmart, but how many times have I seen Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts selling their cookies in front of grocery stores? I don't know how they go about getting permission to do this, and I don't know if Walmart has a policy against this while grocery stores allow it.
Still, I can see someone believing that if the Girl Scouts can sell cookies in a store's parking lot, why can't a candidate running for office ask people to sign their petition, too?
If Thomas hears it, it may come down to what constitutes the "public square" these days and whether big box stores must allow candidates to be allowed to set up booths in their parking lots as long as they don't block common access ways into the store.
There may be a larger issue of overall ballot access at play, given how Georgia is laying the foundation to deny President Trump access to their ballot in 2024. I don't know what the angle might be from this case to overrule a future Georgia ballot access ruling, unless it has something to do with how the Florida courts handled this case in the early stages that might be transferable to what Georgie might try to do.
I'm just brainstorming wild theories as to why Thomas might agree to hear this case. Otherwise, I'm stumped.

Yes and yes. Trump will get a third term because he dissolved the US Corporation and its now defunct. Trump is serving his 1st term now as 19th President of the original united states. The fake Biden is being allowed to preside over a bankrupt corporation and a bunch of empty buildings.
When Trump talks about the 4 year pause this is it. Its to let everyone experience how bad things would be if the cabal was allowed to be in control.
LOL it’s pronounced just like 3rd. Get with the program man. 🤣
That’s a pretty good guess.
Personally? I wouldn’t care. What has been done to Trump has caused extraordinary circumstances, and if it is officially ruled that fraud occurred, not only should an exception be made for a “third” term, but I’d be okay if Trump was allowed a fourth term as well for compensation for all the absolute horsecrap they’ve put the man through.
Who is filing this?
Well, it is Obama’s 3th term. (:
Thanks.
we know something isn't right in this country...
we know the White House goes completely dark at 8pm every single night since the so called ignaguration....
please, let there be light.
Job #1 for Trump and every secondary defendant...
Make the prosecution PROVE that Trump lost the election.
The prosecution cannot prove that.
