Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov emphasized on Monday that a two-state solution, aimed at facilitating peaceful coexistence between Israel and the Palestinians, remains the sole viable path once hostilities subside.
Lavrov conveyed this during a press conference held in Moscow, where he was joined by Ahmed Abul Gate, the head of the Arab League. Gate warned of potential future conflicts should Israel not reconsider its stance towards the Palestinians.
Notably, Beijing has also expressed its support for a two-state resolution. Earlier, a spokesperson from the Chinese Foreign Ministry, in response to inquiries about the Middle East situation, reaffirmed China's opposition to violence and attacks.
Wang Wenbin, the spokesperson, underscored, "The correct course of action is the pursuit of a two-state solution," while urging the international community to take decisive steps to de-escalate tensions.

Lavrov’s foreign policy spokesperson said a little while ago they recommend a two-state solution BASED ON PRE-1967 BORDERS. That would be suicide for Israel.
Russian hypocritical platitudes. There was a recent picture of Lavrov glad-handing and fawning over a delegation of PA officials. Also, a picture of Lavrov meeting around a conference table with leaders of Hamas. Those pictures say it all.
Some reporter should ask him what he thought of Mahmoud Abbas’ recent speech (an anti-Semitic screed). Also, his thoughts on the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem. Put him on the spot.

Declare the area "The Nation Of Palestine", and the home of all Palestinians, Islamic Jihadists and Nazis.

The “Palestinian state” is Jordan.

With normal peoples coexistence is possible. But Palestinians are not normal people. They have proved over and over again they are the dregs of humanity.
Palestine never was a nation nor a people. It was a name the English used describing an area on a map.
Palestine will never be a nation.
They are Jordanians, who always created such problems that even Jordan has no use for them.
End of story.
