Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov emphasized on Monday that a two-state solution, aimed at facilitating peaceful coexistence between Israel and the Palestinians, remains the sole viable path once hostilities subside.
Lavrov conveyed this during a press conference held in Moscow, where he was joined by Ahmed Abul Gate, the head of the Arab League. Gate warned of potential future conflicts should Israel not reconsider its stance towards the Palestinians.
Notably, Beijing has also expressed its support for a two-state resolution. Earlier, a spokesperson from the Chinese Foreign Ministry, in response to inquiries about the Middle East situation, reaffirmed China's opposition to violence and attacks.
Wang Wenbin, the spokesperson, underscored, "The correct course of action is the pursuit of a two-state solution," while urging the international community to take decisive steps to de-escalate tensions.

I suspect that Israel is going to liquidate Hamas entirely. Fulfilling as that might be emotionally there are millions of Gaza children and teens waiting to take their place and they will. Yep. They don't want a 2-state solution. They've never wanted a 2-state solution. They only want to push Israel into the sea.
The imaginary “Palestinians” have been offered a “two-state” solution on multiple occasions.
The do not want a “two-state” solution.
They want Israel vaporized and all Jews dead, and will settle for nothing less.
Israel should be left in it's current state to continue in their country as they have been over the previous 50 or so years.

By your definition, you need to include the U.S. also. As far as I can tell the Democrats were responsible for that. Of course the Democrats loved the Soviet Union before it became Russia again.
