The Supreme Court on Monday denied a request from conservative lawyer John Eastman to wipe out a lower court ruling that said he and former president Donald Trump “more likely than not” committed a crime when they worked together to try to block certification of the 2020 election.
Eastman, who was a law clerk for Justice Clarence Thomas, was the architect of the legal strategy Trump used to try to overturn his election loss to President Biden. He faces criminal charges in Georgia, along with Trump, in connection with those efforts, and his conduct is described in the federal indictment of Trump in Washington on charges of trying to obstruct the election results.
Thomas “took no part” in the high court’s decision to deny Eastman’s request to vacate the ruling by the lower court, which stemmed from a lawsuit Eastman filed to try to block a congressional committee examining the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol from obtaining his emails. ... Thomas’s decision to step away in the Eastman matter was a departure from his previous participation in cases involving the investigation of the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol. Thomas was the only member of the court last year to side with Trump’s request to withhold White House documents from the committee. He was criticized for participating in that decision because his wife, Virginia “Ginni” Thomas, was actively involved in challenging the election results. Thomas did not provide an explanation for his recusal in the court’s brief order regarding Eastman. But the justice figured prominently in some of the emails the California judge ordered released to the committee. In discussing their legal strategy, Trump’s lawyers said they saw Thomas as integral to their efforts to overturn the election results.

2) Once you get what tyranny is, how do you defeat it? By ENFORCING THE CONSTITUTION which is the Supreme Law of the Land against the federal government (or state constitutions against rogue state governments, like NY).

The Constitution is the MOST powerful weapon Trump can use against these criminals because the Constitution is what MAKES them criminals besue when they violate the Constitution their acts are ILLEGAL and, thus, they can be validly arrested for illegal acts.
TRUMP, AMERICA, REINSTATE AND ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION AGAINST THESE WORST-OF-ALL OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT CRIMINALS!!!!!

This is political persecution worthy of any dictatorship.
It is outlawing political activity of people they deign dissidents.

The federal govt is the unparalled world leader in dealing with violence.
They have immense institutions starving for it.

In the 1970s, The Church Committee in the Senate investigated illegalities and unconstitutional practices of the intelligence agencies and FBI/DOJ against American citizens (who, unlike foreigners, have clear Constitutional rights).
The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA court) was the set up as a panel of 11 federal judges responsible for deciding whether the U.S. government has enough evidence against foreign powers or individuals (Americans) believed to be foreign agents to allow for their surveillance by the intelligence community. The court was established under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 (FISA) to oversee requests for surveillance warrants against foreign spies inside the United States by federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies. The court operates under strict secrecy due to the nature of the cases being presented. Each application for a FISA warrant must first be presented to an individual judge of the court, and it is extremely rare for FISA warrant requests to be turned down.
It is well established that the FBI LIED, knowingly, in the evidence to get a FISA warrant on the Trump campaign in 2016 by using the Steel Dossier, a Clinton Campaign document to be used in her run against Trump.
To this very day, the Supreme Court and Chief Justice has done nothing to investigate or rule on this official perjury or even speak about it.
NEVER FORGET, and if by some lucky circumstance you ever meet a Supreme Court Justice, especially Chief Justice Roberts, you owe it as a patriot to publicly ask him why this is so.
The case isn’t ripe for consideration. Once the lower courts have done their thing, then it will be the time to go to SCOTUS.

Third, support in every way possible reinstating the Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land and constitutional state sovereignty including STOPPING FEDERAL FUNDING of states which is how the feds exercise control over the states.
Fourth, support in every way possible the DISMANTLING of the $3+ trillion, 80%+ unconstitutional portion of the federal government AKA “The Deep State”.
Fifth, START LIVING FREE!!!!

I think the revolution will be a slow roll out. I think the red states will become more and more autonomous and will reject federal overreach. The feds can put down small insurrections, but they would have one hell of a fight on their hands if they try to move in on entire states. Very few people that are currently serving in the US military will obey orders to fire on US citizens. Hence, the reason to accept transsexuals and other freaks into the military. There has to be a tipping point, and I think it is coming soon.
Beginn8ng today with a deadline of Jan 1, illannoy residents are supposed to register “assault weapons” (guess why). The nauseatingly slow federal court system dragging feet on lawsuit decisions.
