CNN Poll: Several Republican Presidential Candidates Lead Joe Biden in Head-to-Head Matchup
Breitbart ^ | September 7, 2023 | Hannah Bleu

Former President Donald Trump, as well as South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, former Vice President Mike Pence, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie are leading President Joe Biden in a head-to-head matchup, the latest CNN poll found.

The survey asked respondents who they would choose in a series of hypothetical head-to-head matchups, all including Biden and various GOP candidates.

Trump, the clear leader in the Republican primary race, leads Biden in a head-to-head matchup by one percent, or 47 percent to 46 percent. Notably, Trump’s lead is within the ± 3.6 percent margin of error.

However, the former president is far from the only Republican candidate besting Biden. In fact, the survey found some of Trump’s challengers performing even better than him against Biden.

Haley, for instance, leads Biden 49 percent to 43 percent — a lead well outside of the margin of error.

Biden trails both Pence and Scott by two points, as both see 46 percent to Biden’s 44 percent.

Christie leads Biden by two points, 44 percent to Biden’s 42 percent, and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is tied with Biden at 47 percent support.

While the survey shows Biden edging out anti-woke businessman Vivek Ramaswamy by one point — 46 percent to 45 percent — that is still a virtual tie, well within the survey’s margin of error.

“the left likes haley...they have been promoting her”

Yep, we see that here, from people supporting the Ukraine War.

Anyone that can’t see they’ll be dumping biden before long really don’t understand democrats. They play to win. They will go for the throat to win at all cost. It doesn’t matter to them if they destroy our nation as long as they win.

I think it will be RFK jr. Newsome won’t have any delegates. Bidog will run and establishment cannot stop him. He is to senile to face reality and to stupid to be reasonable. The only way he doesn’t run is if the demonrats panic and agree on a “Yes” impeachment vote. Biden’s people have the process rigged. If he runs, and is alive, he will be the nominee unless he is in prison. I think by the time the convention rolls around they won’t be able draft Gruesome with Kennedy there.

If I were Hunter I would be looking for a place to live in exile because in a couple of months the demonrats will look to let the Republicans take Bidog down so he can’t rjn. Joe is probably too old for prison, Hunter is not.

Oh, and I don’t think the demonrat higher ups like Kennedy. He isn’t controllable. FWIW I don’t like Kennedy.

That is a risk.to be sure. But if you fired or forcibly retired the top and middle management, you have made considerable progress in limiting the bad effects. Moving the Department of Agriculture to, say, Des Moines or Lubbock would cause many Federal employees to quit or take retirement. Locals would be hired instead of the East Coast types that populate the agencies.

so I guess now you’ve changed your tune because in the past you were saying Trump couldn’t beat Biden. So now that you find a skewed poll that suggests Trump and Desantis are statistically tied in a head to head general election against Biden, you now state, see, see, Trump isn’t the only one that can beat Biden, my boy can also do that.

Once Trump is out of the race, then they can move on to the caucuses and primaries. Since polls show everyone on near equal footing with Trump, he can drop out, focus on family and is many issues. We don’t need a martyr.

Congratulations, you just swallowed CNN’s bait, hook, line and sinker. It’s just their latest attempt to deny Trump the victory. These polls, especially this early, are mostly generated with a predetermined outcome to boost or drive down a candidate. The last candidate they want to see is Trump but would run against the rest with glee.

The poll, like all of the previous, but more clearly, show that against Biden, all of the Republican candidates are equal. Trump has no special claim on the nomination. And no, if it is Trump, I still say very clearly that he will lose. The years of narcissism, of name calling, of bad hiring picks, of unnecessary drama will be over.

It is not just CNN, look at every poll where they measure others up against Biden, they are all consistent. I’ve been pointing this out for months. And you can see it on RealClearPolitics as well. Time for a reality check, you don’t need and cannot win with Trump in 2024. Time to consider options.

Desanctimonius one of 2 GOP candidate who won’t beat Biden. Even Christie, the least popular Gov of all time beat Biden and MO can’t beat him.

It really doesn’t matter. Biden will not be the nominee. Michelle Obama is already prepping for this role.

Except all GOP candidates aren’t equal. They are all establishment players except for Trump. Your logic is infantile.
