A transgender sorority member accused of acting inappropriately towards other female members recently scored a legal victory.
On Friday, a federal judge in Wyoming dismissed a lawsuit that was brought by members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority at the University of Wyoming attempting to have a transgender woman removed from the Greek life organization.
The dismissal by the judge comes shortly after members of the sorority the lawsuit against the the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority and the transgender member, identified as Artemis Langford, saying that her membership should be voided over her gender.
In March, members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority filed the lawsuit against the organization and Langford saying that Langford is a man and that "Kappa Kappa Gamma limits membership to women only. Under the Sorority's Bylaws, every new member must be 'a woman.'...A woman is an adult human female. An adult human male is not a woman, no matter how he chooses to describe himself."
The lawsuit went on to state that Langford was admitted to the sorority through its council president and a vote from other members. However, after Langford was admitted to the sorority, many members said they felt unconformable by Langford's behavior.......
"The University of Wyoming chapter voted to admit - and, more broadly, a sorority of hundreds of thousands approved - Langford. With its inquiry beginning and ending there, the Court will not define "woman" today.

Ask your frat brothers to take care of him.
The court system is a collection of arrogance masquerading as a justice system.
I would not hire judges to pick up trash because I know they would botch the job.
1. You (the plaintiffs) belong to a private organization (the defendant).
2. The members and leadership of your organization voted to admit this new member.
3. You filed a lawsuit in Federal court over this because you’ve now changed your mind.
4. This court has no interest in meddling in the affairs of a private membership organization like this.
5. Don’t waste my time with this sh!t.
6. Go away.
7. THE END.
If you are suggesting they baseball-bat the mentally ill piece of sh*t, then I agree with you.
Otherwise, court is exactly where this belongs.
The girls should have inducted Obammy instead
I got stuck there too. Like when I hear stories on the radio and hear "transgender woman." By the time I determine if said person has an inny or outy they've gone to commercial.
Thank you, and my wife thanks you very much.
But I was referring to a Trans Sorority Member...
Can I ask a stupid question?
What’s the issue with this “inappropriate erection”?
Assuming he’s fully clothed and not behaving badly, how would anyone know he was experiencing an erection at all?? How would anyone know?
Sorry, a few stupid questions, not just one. But if this happens to a male, he can be discreet about it so nobody knows, again, assuming he’s fully clothed and not drawing attention to himself.
On the one hand you are referring to Jenner as a man and on the other you are saying he shouldn’t be judging a beauty contest. Interesting.
Cases like this only serve as evidence of just how emotionally stunted many women (and increasing numbers of men) are.
Any normal men would have just left the organization and started their own.
But, but, he was a lesbian trapped in a man’s body.
Is inherently inappropriate.
So I guess the answer to your question is "NEVER".
Time for a Toga Party, soon followed by a blanket party.
Erections have consequences.
I don’t know why they bothered with a lawsuit at all. They should all have left immediately on being told that the sorority was allowing that sicko to remain against their wishes. Why would they want to stay in an organization like that?
If Gorlock the Destroyer had a brother...
At no point was the “Federal Judge” named. Yet the media usually tries to “name and shame” GOP-appointed judges when they rule against degeneracy.
He’d better be careful...the only defense he can offer may be “erection denial.” Could get hard time.
