I guess you know zero about the 14th Amendment and you trust some piece of chit lifer government employee to do his job. You and I are the boss of these scumbags. The people of NH are the boss of this scumbag. It’s our job to keep these pieces of chit on the straight and narrow. He shouldn’t even be questioning the 14a. It has zero to do with Trump. Exactly how gullible are you to believe in one iota that Trump is accused?

Election officials in Democrat controlled states and few GOP states will ‘find’ a law that will keep DJT off the ballot. Voter ballots with DJT written in will be discarded, resulting in an ‘official’ low voter turn out, lowest of any Presidential election in history. That will be the talking point, not that the ballots were disqualified or that DJT was kept off the ballot.

I fairly obviously did read your comment.

Even just announcing this is political BS, but attempting to follow through on it should cost NH their first in the country status.

The NH GOP is the home of the RINOs.

The Nazis, RATS and Commies are full of so much hatred for America. They want minorities and illegal aliens to run the entire country. They want America to look like the dumbass commercials they are forcing down our throats on the boob tube. That ain’t never going to happen.

From the article:
“Secretary of State David Scanlan...said he’s received several letters lately...said he’s listening and...will be asking the attorney general’s office for their input.

Scheme or following the law? This has been batted around and needs legally determined.

Exactly right, there is nothing to criticize at this point. This NH SoS is doing what he ought to be doing. It is way too soon to disregard the law in our resistance to confront the serious threat our entire nation faces.

On the other hand, there may indeed be a RINO in play:
"...the GOP’s 2020 nominee for the first congressional district, attorney Bryant “Corky” Messner is now thinking about suing to ensure that Scanlan enforces the Constitution against Trump."

It appears that either Corky or the author of the article believes the Constitution clearly prohibits a Trump place on the ballot

I would not be surprised if the SoS announcement is an attempt to fend off legal challenges. Regardless they are inevitable.

The democrats and evildoers have Texas AG awaiting senate “trial” drummed up to remove him from power. They have to do this because the people of Texas voted for him and not the guy they told us to vote for.

That’s why TX AG can’t help now. Same stuff going on for Trump and true Republicans in this country.

Last I looked, 9 states don’t allow write-in ballots

Even the ones that allow them, there’s filings to be made and hurdles to jump to get them on the ballot far in advance of election day

Otherwise, they won’t be counted at all

Not the only scheme.

Meanwhile, from earlier this month...

As New Hampshire voting machines age, state weighs alternatives

N.H. hosts public vote-counting demonstration to combat disinformation The state is in the market for new electronic vote-counting machines ahead of the 2024 election.

My, what a coinkydink.

SNORT.

Texas AG Paxton?

Was impeached by Dem’s and RINO’s in the Texas Legislature.

That removed Paxton from his office.

Next the Senate will decide whether he is actually removed from his office.

Snaky crap in Austin. Slithering snakes.

The kooks in NH don’t seem to have read the rest of the Constitution. “Innocent unless PROVEN guilty” is in there, as well. This is particularly true fore someone who was found NOT GUILTY in an impeachment trial.

Kook Sununu is the one who should be hauled off, at least to the Loony Bin.

Wont work buddy if the Constitution is the litmus test. Sorry. There was no insurrection anc Trump certainly didnt provoke the protesters. Ask the FBI

The truth doesn't matter to these people, anymore than free and fair elections do. Everything can be finessed by lawfare to remain in power. Day is night and black is white to the sleazy lawyers who make these claims. I don't want to ask the FIB because the last time I reported election fraud, they showed up at my front door. It only took them years to come, and then only because they found out I wrote an email to one of Trump's lawyers. So that makes a me a subversive to them, and they haven't done jack about the real election crimes.

They should start by defining the phrase “election interference”, then determine whether their contemplated acts meet that criteria.
