When was Trump convicted? I must have missed that.

Where are the Texas, Ohio, and Utah AGs? This is lawfare. Fight dangit.

I agree with your argument that we need to demonstrably go on the offensive.

It will not be as easy for us, of course, the totalatarians have one target they can focus on and we do not. They will throw Biden under the bus in a heartbeat (except he has leverage over every single one of them that are domestic). OTOH, for a number of reasons he is essentially is done.

"They" also have the luxury of having a well-oiled, low maintenance machine humming in the background throwing out thousands of new lib voters every day.

There is a lot we can do, but from what we see from the Jan6 episode and the multitude of frivolous suits v Trump and his supporters, the days when we can discuss political options in public may be coming to an end.

I just wrote the Secretary of State expressing in no uncertain terms my disapproval of this nonsense.

“Trump isn’t guilty of anything. On what grounds?”
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Guilt by Accusation.
It’s the progressive way of thinking.
Republican attorney generals need to start indicting Democrats for whatever they can think of! The Dems want lawfare so give it to them!
The 2020 election was "won" by the Democrat/Communist Party through cheating.
The Democrat/Communist Party is clearly seeking to retain power in the 2024 primaries and general election through cheating and by eliminating any serious competition. As the general election approaches, I fully expect "elimination" will be expanded by the Democrat/Communist Party to mean "elimination by any and all possible means." I am serious about this.
This will have to be settled by the Supreme Court.
I don't understand. If no Republican challenges his appearance on the primary ballot, then who will take it to court?
Let's assume everything in your post to me is correct.
Is there anything different you would have Scanlon do that could be conclusive? He wasn't the only one that received such letters, and it appears he did exactly what he had to do to survive in a Dem/Rino setting.
This seems almost the opposite of Comey inappropriately deciding on behalf of the proper government agencies whether or not a prosecutor would bring charges in a certain instance.
This is what happens when someone with limited career options becomes a career politician. They can grift off the public and accumulate more wealth than ever possible as a working American. They are not one of us.
Recuse himself. The whole game is political. What happened to innocent until proven guilty? President Trump is entitled to the same Just Us that criminal Joe Biden and criminal Pence.. neither of which just like Hillry, are being charged for having ‘secret, classified’ information..
People ignore, what goes around comes around.
If not Trump then the USA gets a single party state good and hard.
That was implicit in the results of the 2020 election.
So the Republican party should refuse to seat any delegates from New Hampshire who are selected in such a bogus manner.
The Republican Party of New Hampshire should move to a caucus system if the Secretary of State interferes with the primary in this way.
The GOP in Washington moved to a caucus system, a few cycles ago, because the Dems who run the State were playing stupid games.
Political parties are private organizations,the State does not have carte blanch to mess with them, make new rules for them, etc.
Exactly what has he been convicted of and lost all appeals on? The senate refused to convict on the second impeachment. So there has been a federal trial (in the senate). The NH SOS is no doubt ‘close friends’ with sununu and other gope slime (aka commiecrats).
I wouldn’t get your hopes up too high as its highly unlikely there’s going to be an election in 2024 and looking worse every month. 😏
This has all been litigated up to the SCOTUS before. You can’t keep someone off the ballot. Eugene V Debs ran for president while in prison on Sedition charges after WWI. They couldn’t keep him off the ballot.
The self-styled defends of democracy are terrified of democracy if it means Trump could win reelection. How is it so many are so terrified of this man who already served four years as POTUS and oversaw a time of peace abroad and prosperity at home?
None has justified their behavior.
I’ve been saying this for months....
Death by a Thousand Cuts.
We thought the New York DA, Alvin Brage charges were terrible. Then came along Jack Smith. Wow.
But that was nothing compared to Fat Fani. Which this is actually a Sunday School picnic compared to what’s to come.
These ‘Rat bastards will stop at nothing in order to get Trump. Death or Jail? Jail or Death?
Whatever.
