Yeah, sure, of course it does, never-trumper. And that brave DA just carrying out his duties, what a guy.

GFY

” Why are people p?asked when people try to carry out their duties?”

Why was Trump indited for asking people to carry out their duties?
That's the question.

Scheme or following the law? This has been batted around and needs legally determined. Why are people p?asked when people try to carry out their duties?

I know this is a futile effort since I'm conversing with democrat but...Be so kind and point out the power of the State in POTUS qualifications...I'll wait.

Candidates for president of the United States must meet basic requirements. Learn about the criteria to run for president. Candidates for president must:

Be a natural-born citizen of the United States

Be at least 35 years old

Have been a resident of the United States for 14 years

Anyone who meets these requirements can declare their candidacy for president. Once a candidate raises or spends more than $5,000 for their campaign, they must register with the Federal Election Commission. That includes naming a principal campaign committee to raise and spend campaign funds.

RINOs are the lowest scum of the Earth. Far worse than Democrats.

Biden could not have won anything if RINO governors and legislatures had not rolled over on the drop-boxes and cheat-by-mail-in ballots and willfully ignored signature verification and fraud.

Where are the Texas, Ohio, and Utah AGs? They should be pushing for criminal charges against all Biden related people including the Bidens and every Democrat candidate. Also any other Democrat they can gin up charges against. This is lawfare. Fight dangit.

So, when the majority of the people in NH cast a write-in ballot for him, what does the Secretary of State and Sununu do then? Ignore the will of the voters? It’d be awesome to see them do that.

It’s a scheme, a filthy scheme.

Permit me to point out that in America, a person is presumed innocent unless convicted in a court of law*. So we must presume Trump to be an innocent person. Yet these people are trying to inflict punishment on him before trial.

* The trial must, of course, be fair one. Trump will not get a fair trail. But that’s for another thread.

Yup. Notice how they cite the Constitution in general, but never whatever passage in it that supports an inch of what they are “deciding”.

They hope stupid people see “The Constitution says...” and have never actually read it.

Another Republican that never had civics.

From Wikipedia:

David M. Scanlan (born June 14, 1956) is an American politician and election official serving as the 54th Secretary of State of New Hampshire. He assumed office as Acting Secretary of State upon the resignation of Bill Gardner on January 10, 2022. He was elected to a new two-year term as Secretary of State on December 7, 2022. He previously served as Deputy Secretary of State of New Hampshire since 2002[1] and was a Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 1984 to 2002, becoming Majority Leader of the House in his final term.[2][3]

Scanlan was born in Bellefonte, Pennsylvania. Prior to entering politics, he worked as a forester. On January 3, 2022, the New Hampshire Secretary of State Bill Gardner announced his retirement as Secretary of State prior to the end of his term. Scanlan succeeded him on an acting basis to serve the remainder of Gardner's term.[4] Scanlon was elected to a new two-year term by the New Hampshire House of Representatives on December 7, 2022.[5]

————-

Another lífer, scumbag government employee. He’s was in the NH legislature for 18 years and then a government official since. He doesn’t know a damn thing about the U.S. Constitution. This is another example of the deep state.

The 14th Amendment was ratified directly after the Civil War to stop people like Jefferson Davis from becoming President. It was not written to stop a man in 2023/24 who is being persecuted by a bunch of communists in show trials. There was no civil war in 2020. There was no insurrection. There was no sedition. But, briefly on the afternoon there was a mostly peaceful protest over a stolen election. Donald Trump spoke out against that violence on Jan 6. He offered the National Guard for crowd control to the Speaker of the House and the Mayor of DC, the two people ultimately responsible of security.

The people of NH need to send Scanlan on a one way trip to China. He’ll be much happier surrounded by all communists.

Read my comment. No matter what the New Hampshire Secretary of State decides, he will be met with legal challenges. Minimal due diligence requires that he be prepared. The chaos in Florida in 2000 was occasioned by the fact that Al Gore’s efforts were unprecedented, and no one expected them. The Democrats flew in hundreds of election lawyers to pettifog and obfuscate for weeks, catching the GOP flat-footed. I think the New Hampshire SoS and legal system would do well to be forearmed.
