Trump TWEETS his historic mugshot in first post since January 6 ban: First US president in history to get a booking photo after Georgia fraud arrest which recorded his weight as 215lbs

Donald Trump has made history by becoming the first former president to pose for a mugshot after his arrest for trying to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia - and he shared the image on X, the platform formally known as Twitter.

The 77-year-old was arrested for the fourth time this year and fingerprinted by authorities at the Fulton County jail.

Unlike with his previous three arrests - in New York City, Miami and Washington DC - on Thursday in Atlanta he had his booking photo taken.

It was his first tweet since January 2021.

Trump's height of 6ft 3 and weight of 215lbs were recorded and, as part of the booking process, he was given a prisoner identification number: P01135809.

He was then released on payment of 10 percent of his $200,000 bail, having spent less than 20 minutes inside the infamous facility.

It seems a significant number of Freepers are oblivious to the danger America is facing.

...as well as a significant amount of GOP candidates.

I worked federal law enforcement until I retired in May 2022.

There are 51,000 pages of CFR, over 3,000 punishable offenses. (((YOU))) commit crimes every single day even if you don’t even know it.

If everything else fails, there are certain laws that allow for interpretation, enough wiggle room, to where you can conjure up the appearance of wrong doing, say lying to a federal agent, tax code...

There is a difference between prosecution and persecution.

The DOJ has become part of the political chess game, and that is very dangerous.

It is likely that this has always been the case since the DOJ and FBIs inception: https://www.nytimes.com/1975/12/04/archives/new-jersey-pages-fbi-is-accused-of-political-acts-for-6-presidents.html

However, the degree to which they are meddling in the political process today is unprecedented. The degree of their bias would have been unacceptable, even unimaginable years ago. When the FBI wiretapped Trump tower in 2016 illegally, that would have led to major organizational problems for the FBI, political and bureaucrats heads rolling as was the case in Watergate (a true parallel), but not today.

Today you have the FBI literally investigating every single Trump family member, friend, business and political partner in secrecy and then no kidding having the director of the FBI leak derogatory information to the public. Comey even admitted to doing this, and what happened? https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/justice-department-won-t-prosecute-comey-over-leak-his-memos-n1038326

Ever since Obama, and the era of Holder and Lynch, the DOJ has turned left. They are no longer apolitical where possible and neutral when it’s necessary to get involved. That is dangerous.

What the hamburger sort of
question is that?
Trump is a constitutionalist.
He’s spent a lifetime of digging
out of holes, only to come out on
top. He’s used our countries’
greatest assets to his advantage.
There’s no way, with his virtual
army of lawyers and advisers,
that he would do anything
nefarious that would jeopardize
what He’s built.

What crime did he commit?

Running for office and winning.

Daring to run again.

Questioning Biden’s win! You know, where Biden got more votes than Obama, 81,000,000, and that while barely campaigning, he is an enthusiastic public speaker and really
hits hard among women, Latino, black voters after all! Everyone knows Biden was lagging behind and then suddenly in the middle of the night pulled ahead in several states, all at the same time, and that this is entirely normal. How dare Trump question that election, it’s not like when Gore lost and questioned the outcome, or Hillary lost and questioned the outcome, because their questioning was legit, but Trump... Nope, Trump had no right questioning the results!!!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bush_v._Gore

https://www.cnn.com/2017/09/18/politics/hillary-clinton-russia-2016-election/index.html

It’s absolutely scandalous that Trump would have the audacity to question the election outcome. Only Democrats are allowed to do that!

You had last second changes in policies and procedures because of Covid, more non-conventional votes than EVER before, but that doesn’t mean anything: https://www.eac.gov/blogs/vote-mail-trends-and-turnout-six-election-cycles-2008-2018

Even Jimmy Carter knows, mail in ballots and non-conventional votes are entirely secure and do not open the door for potential fraud: Carter-Baker report warned “Absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud.”

https://www.bakerinstitute.org/events/2219/

In light of all the entirely normal circumstances, I do not know why Trump would question the election outcome. He just needed to accept whatever others say, who the media declared as the winner.

There is no case here just takes time and money to adjudicate...actions were as president so he his immune in any case apart from there is no case.

TDS messes with people’s mind both people in high and lowly positions of power...you do understand the implication of all these cases...but I think it is going to take supreme court to sort it out...you don’t know the stretches they going to file these charges in the four indictments.

This is by design. Make everything illegal...or enough things illegal, and one can always find a crime that fits any enemy.

Find me the man and I will find you the crime. And what do police do? They willingly arrest anyone they are told to for any reason because “its the law” and they do it to keep their paycheck and pension. Again...that is by design as well.

The rule of law is dead....we have come full circle back to the rule of man.

A made up crime or misapplied statute does not make on guilty of a crime.

The democrats use lawfare mainly to fight the ongoing CW in this country. They know at the very least, the punishment is the process. They only need 5% of Trump voters to not vote for him and they win.
