No moderators, only time keepers, when time is up mic is cut.

Then all the other candidates should poll around 0-1%.

MacCallum is wrong about the Trump topic. If DJT is not at the debate, his name should not be mentioned during the debate. The candidates present should address POTUS platform issues. They should not discuss a man who is not present.
