Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said Friday on FNC’s “America Reports” that Attorney General Merrick Garland appointing David Weiss as special counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation was akin to pouring gasoline on a fire.
Graham said, “This was a political decision, not a legal decision. They’re trying to put out a fire, and they just poured gasoline on it. Nobody in their right mind believes that making him a special counsel, Mr. Weiss, cleans up the mess that’s been created.”

I'm glad Linda has woken up on a day she wants to support President Trump. Getting rid of Biden's corrupt Soros puppet Weissberger is a good first step.

Garland is so incompetent and dishonest, he must be a lawyer and a Democrat.
No, wait......

They appointed a special council to make it all go into delay orbit and then go away.
They were afraid that the screams for impeachment were too loud, common, and couldn’t be silenced anymore with the media. Now, like the other evidence that goes back to 2013-4, nothing will be done.
Watch the difference between how Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Trump are treated by special council………

Garland is completely corrupt and quite stupid too.

There are Twitter posts saying that it is against the Special Counsel statute to appoint someone from government to the role.
If this is true, can Trump go to Court and have Jack Smith removed?

So you going to filibuster any senate version of a house spending bill that does not cut off all funding for the DOJ, FBI or forbid any agency from spending money on any issue under the cognizance of the DOJ or FBI?
Well, we're waiting.
To: AndyJackson
Linda would make a good Atty. General. He talks a big game. Plus we’d get him out of the senate. If he’s all bark Trump could fire him.

This move by Garland does three things:
1) it will move the trial from Delaware to DC. ((From good to better for Hunter).
2) it delays the trial so that that it will likely occur after the election. That makes it easier for Biden to pardon Hunter and not impact the vote.
3) It proves Garland committed perjury when he told Congress that Weiss had a free hand to prosecute. (If that were true, he did not need this ‘special prosecutor’ designation.
