Today at the Georgia State Capitol, at a meeting of the State Election Board, Kevin Muldowney of Fulton County stood alongside over 50 courageous citizen speakers to break through the iron curtain of election integrity rhetoric. In this video, he uttered two lethal words: SPOILED BALLOT.
Spoiled ballot means the ballot is mismarked, mutilated, rendered impossible to determine the voter's intent, or marked so as to violate the secrecy of the ballot (25 CFR § 81.4). Under GA Law, a spoiled ballot may not be reinstated, making it effectively VOID.
The Georgia ballots are so spoiled that the Secretary of the State of Georgia has removed the directions for spoiling ballots from the ballot itself. It appears that they are so concerned that the very IDEA that a ballot could be spoiled enter into the minds of citizens, they had to remove the required directions altogether.
GA Election Code § 21‐2‐285 mandates that “(1) Directions that explain how to cast a vote and how to obtain a new ballot after one is spoiled shall appear immediately under this caption on a ballot presenting the names of candidates for election to office as specified by the rules and regulations of the State Election Board." The law also states that "(2) Marks made in violation of these directions shall be disregarded in the counting of the votes cast. The names of persons inserted on the ballot by the elector shall be written only within the write-in space provided and the insertion of such names outside such column or by the use of a sticker, paster, stamp, or other printed or written matter is prohibited."
The barcode we all might as well cast with a blind-fold, appears to clearly meet the standard of "prohibited material."

More Facts: Did you know that the term ‘barcode’ is mentioned ZERO times in the entire GA Election Code, and is therefore not legislated to be “required” on any ballot? This feature spoils any ballot-like paper produced by a Ballot Marking Device (BMD), causing them to fail to meet the statutory standard of “Official Ballot” suitable for casting.

Kemp and that Spaningberger [sp.] guy came out on top.
That’s all that matters to them.
Trump was not asking for forged votes, he was asking the Republicans who run the elections at the state level to follow their own laws and validate that the votes were properly counted and that spoiled votes were properly disqualified.
Trump was most concerned that the Democrats were "over-spoiling" Republican votes and under-spoiling Democrat votes.

Yep. Although I suspect Kemp had made the deal for only one of those seats. He didn’t expect Loeffler to lose. Kemp had burned a few bridges with conservatives by appointing her to Isakson’s seat when there were other more qualified (albeit with less money) possible candidates for that position. Most would have easily won the election for the seat the following year. It was only supposed to be the cousin of the former governor, Sonny Perdue, who lost his Senate election. Kemp thought the deal was that Loeffler would win. The left betrayed him but at that point there was nothing he could do lest he admit his own election “collusion”.
So, did the citizens want courts to declare that every ballot in GA was illegal and wanted every ballot in GA to be declared spoiled? Does anyone think a judge is going to invalidate every vote cast?
And, btw, there was a hand recount in GA of every Presidential ballot in 2020, meaning there was no barcode used in the recount, and Trump still lost. Doesn’t look like there was a problem with the ballots themselves, it was Dems stuffing drop boxes, ballot harvesting etc that got illegal ballots into the system, it wasn’t a problem with the ballots themselves.
And yes, once you cast your vote in GA, you receive your printed ballot with your selections, hand carry it to a checkout station where it is scanned, so you know right away whether or not there was a problem with the ballot being readable.

Yeah when they did a recount Trump wanted signature verification. Other wise they are just looking to see if the count was correct. Just counting the same bad ballots again. The envelopes were not kept with the ballots. There were problems and should have been an audit.
The audit in Arizona they just counted the ballots again. No signature verification was done. They said thousands of ballots had no signature or nothing readable. Or was damaged and missing bar code. Many “people” voted more than once. Many problems that should have further investigated, but hey the count was close to being right.
Yeah, but you DON’T see for whom your ballot actually registers a vote. You just see that the counter has increased by one.
I can’t read these articles. I get too upset.
