IN other words, they drop the FELONY charge in exchange for two misdemeanor guilty pleas and no jail time. Would the DOJ/IRS/FBI do the same for anyone else?

Kent Hovind was sentenced to 12 years in jail by the tax court for “structuring”. He was withdrawing cash to pay his contractors. The IRS argues that they were employees, not contractors, in spite of Hovind providing them with 1099s.
Hovind was hitting too close to home when he started adding a presentation on the Shadow Government to his Creation seminars.
I just learned he’s suing the Feds for a billion dollars.

2 misdemeanors charges. I guess failing to file a tax return and report several millions of dollars in “income” is just a misdemeanor.
Al Capone should appeal his sentence.

Ask several hundred still detained without trial for two years for what amounts to trespassing for most of them.
