The whole silly thing was designed to fail. I can’t believe so many here had their hopes up. There was no way they were fining a fellow Congress Critter $16 million.

Tom McClintock (Calif.),

Probably not the case if Tom McClintock (Calif.) voted against it.

He ain't scared of much.

Something must have been wrong with this.

“Kay Granger (Texas), “

Would vote against but not in her district.

So Granger you can lie to the American People with no penalty.
Just great, we are toast.

Nancy Pelosi’s daughter is babysitting Feinstein so she can hang on till the primary and Schiff be the next Cal Senator. Gov Nuisance wants to appoint someone else now, so we have a rare riff between Pelosi and Gov Nuisance.

The mere fact Schiff, Biden, and Pelosi and Nuisance are in office says all you need to know about american politics.

Surprising....Kevin kiley and Tom McClintock are supposed to be conservative.(even in California).....

The only good thing I got outta’ this is that many congressmen tried....if they could construct a better censure/fine or law to prevent the Schiff or his ilk from doing this again...maybe. but the Dems never give up with their heinous plots. Someone extra gotta lead the charge..

So, can it be said those 20 Republicans agree with Adam Schiff’s many, many lies and distortions during his investigation and persecution of Trump????

They better have a good explanation. It could be they would prefer to seek and act on expulsion as opposed to censure. Is “The Hill” on board with MAGA? I didn’t think so.

Massie can absolutely judge something as unconstitutional. I mean it’s asisine to say otherwise.

The founders wanted EVERYONE to understand the Constitution and what was constitutional in what wasn’t.

And it’s extremely important that our representatives in Congress understand the Constitution.

Then how did Nancy Pelosi get away with levying a fine against Massie for refusing to wear a mask in the House chambers?

From Post #20 ...

Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member. -- U.S. Constitution (Article I, Section 5, Clause 2)

If Massie can read that plain language of the U.S. Constitution and determine that a fine imposed on Adam Shitt is somehow "unconstitutional," then he's a fraud.
