Former Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ), a candidate for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, said Wednesday on FNC’s “America’s Newsroom” that former President Donald Trump was a “failed leader” and more concerned about himself than the American people.
Co-host Bill Hemmer said, “If you’re on stage with him on August 23, all right, you have an opportunity in front of millions of American people to say here is how I will be different.”

I was watching a video of when DJT came out on election night after being declared the winner. Christie was there near Steve Bannon and Kelly Ann Conway. They were both grinning ear to ear. Christie looked pissed off. What a putz.
Slightly off topic, but that reminds me of Trump’s victory speech on election night 2016. It’s always stuck in my mind how, when Pence came out to introduce Trump, he was acting as if it was he who had just been elected President. Pence and his wife had this satisfied look on their faces and he launched into “I want to think ——” and “I couldn’t have done it without -—”, as if it was all about him.
I was thinking to myself, does this guy realize what an afterthought he is? Well, I guess not because now he’s running for president, apparently under the impression that those 60 million voters were voting for him, not for Trump.
It’s no wonder he lost the nomination to Donald Trump in 2016!

Chris Christie is symbolic of the rot in the GOP. He’s a guy with obvious rhetorical talents who could use them to fight and defeat the Marxist Democrat agenda. Instead, he cheaply sells himself to do their bidding.
Trump is a “failed leader”? Really? If he was a “failed” leader, the Left would like him. But, he was an effective leader — so he must be stopped.
