Salespeople working for independent wholesalers that sell Anheuser-Busch beverages are feeling the pain in their wallets of the ongoing boycott of Bud Light following its partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
Sales of Bud Light have declined for seven consecutive weeks after the product endorsement from the controversial TikToker garnered immediate backlash.
The partnership sparked protests and backlash and parent company Anheuser-Busch has shed $27 billion in value in mere months.

TRANNY JUICE
“a typical salesperson makes around $60,000 per year, including $20,000 in variable pay, which depends largely on commission.”
“an anonymous supervisor from a Florida-based distributor told the outlet that the average salesperson made about $2,000 less in the month of May”
2000 x 12 = 24,000
The two statements contradict one another. 20,000 is supposed to be worst case.
Excellent observation. One of the first rules in marketing whether for products or politicans: don’t alienate your base.
An old friend came in from out of town!

PAID LEAVE ???
They are inflicting INSTANT CONSEQUENCES -- something wokesters have NEVER EXPERIENCED before.
I’m living for the day we collapse the BL brand. I think it’s goi g to happen. They’ll roll it out and a new name, but taking down a flagship brand of an international conglomerate is earth shattering
Which is why 'rent a crowd' left-wing protests include a person with a drum - it makes useful idiots feel 'something is happening' when NOTHING is happening.
Their only move left is to sell this garbage with no labels.
can’t fix stupid, unintended consequences 1:09
There was a time when there was a limited amount of beer choices. Now days it seems that every town has local breweries. It’s easier now to find another beer that you like. Brand loyalty is not as strong when you have multiple choices and alternatives.
Light beer is a very optional commodity.
I like and drink a lot of beer,
Bud isn’t one of them.
My daily beer is Rolling rock.
Special occasions; Dos Equis dark or Beck’s dark.
Local micro brews give me the shits.
Big Island of Hawaii.
My point is there is a lot of good
tasting beer out there that
is cheaper.
You lose a expensively crafted clientele,
odds of getting it back are slim and none.
I remember “Primo” when my Dad was stationed in Hawaii in the 70s.
Also they had a food truck there serving turkey legs and other barbeque food to die for. Everybody brought their dogs and we hung out by a campfire until it got dark. The campfire was needed because it is still so cold in Connecticut this for this time of year.
Also mead on tap.
I’m willing to bet alcohol sales was not down. These individuals need to find new products to rep.
But she has an elite education! An ivy league education!
It’s not a boycott. It’s people deciding to eliminate bud light from their lives… forever.
FAFO
We all need to keep our eye on more of this and do the same
why does BL expect us, the customers, to show more compassion to their own employees than they did?
That is the way the world of woke works.... the little guy or the average Joe employees who have NOTHING to do with the woke policies eat the losses and the executives responsible don’t lose a dime of salary (hopefully their stock options shrink though).
I was a light consumer of Michelob Ultra and Stella Artois but there are other choices.
