At work, Alissa Heinerscheid is the Vice President of Bud Light, tasked with evolving and elevating an iconic brand that was in decline — and she’s the first woman to lead Bud Light in the brand’s 40 year history.
At home, she’s a mom who celebrates her kids’ wins with a family swag chain, and a cancer survivor, who finds her joy paying it forward and coaching other women through the tough moments she's been through herself, like having her three kids through surrogacy. During Covid, she started a project called, 100 Women in 100 Days, asking each person, “what’s in your worry box?”
She says, in both work and home, her values are the same — she’s motivated by the hard, and she’s always looking for depth and meaning.

I hesitate to restate the obvious, but women and men think differently. It’s a fact of life.
Women assess situations differently than men do - which isn’t the right way or the wrong way, but differently.
This is one of the more glaring examples: if your mission really was to improve your beer’s market share, you’d look at your past customer base and then examine their buying patterns and then look at ways of expanding that base.
Featuring a mentally Ill weirdo as your spokesmodel is as far away from your target audience as you could possibly get.
This lady, is either intentionally destroying Bud Lite or is crazy stupid. Bud Lite, lousy as it is, was made for large, low-income working men without tastebuds to get drunk inexpensively. Period.
Trannies, maybe on their way to groom little kids or just shoot them, make up too small a group to increase sales.
As I have said and caught flak for, women are the reason this crap is promoted. This is just the latest example.
She needs to lose her job, strictly for making a horrible financial business decision. Yes the decision is just that bad. And shes a vp so she should know better and have way better judgment by now.

The powerful people pushing stuff like this will continue to do it even if the Bud brand is hammered because more often than not it moves the needle towards doomsday.
Alissa is expendable and will probably get expended. But that will get explained away the way Dan Rather’s exit was explained away - he’s retiring although he did nothing wrong. Or some such.
I think Land’s End is probably looking again for a woman CEO to move in and really shake things up.
An important rule of marketing:
A very satisfied customer will tell 14 people. A very dissatisfied customer will tell 80 people.
She is satisfying 0.01% of the population while making a very large % dissatisfied. Play the odds.
