Are they saying blacks need special treatment because they are incapable of following traffic laws? Asking for a friend. It’s worked for many other infractions, might as well cover traffic.
I just drove through Memphis. Everyone drives like a$$holes. I saw one black woman change 4 lanes in <100 feet at 90 MPH...I seriously thought she was going to roll. I was at 80 getting passed like an old lady. NO cops to be seen until Colliersville and they weren’t pulling these jerks over. Everyone was black and driving carelessly, recklessly, and negligently.
What is you’re a white person driving a black vehicle, is that black appropriation? A black person driving a white vehicle, an Uncle Tom?

The cops may not know the driver in the car violating the traffic law is black until they are pulled over. What these two black racists want is “if the driver is black, they should not be ticketed and allowed to go free”.

In case you are not familiar with the term “jungle”, it’s what “rain forests” used to be called.

If you watch “Cops” or “On Patrol Live” for a few dozen episodes you will be able to tell the race of the person behind the wheel who the cops are about to stop—with about 95% accuracy.
—The license plates don’t match the make or model of the vehicle—and or they have expired.
—The driver acts like they own the road—and everybody else better get out of their way.
—When the driver sees the cops behind them they start throwing stuff out the window—if there is a passenger then stuff starts going out of both windows.
—The car starts to speed to avoid cops and inevitably they are heading towards a really bad part of town.
Nothing is 100%—but these indicators are close to that.
If one group in the population is disproportionately responsible for a greater proportion of the violations...maybe we need to force insurance companies to assign higher premiums to that group....they do it by age and by sex...color of the skin is fair game.
My good friend Gigi, a black woman, is terrified of driving thru small towns. She insists that “driving while black” at or below the posted speed limit thru any semi rural town will invariably result in the “Emmett Till treatment.”
Therefore, she reasons, it is best policy to stomp the accelerator in order to get the hell out of “whiteville” as fast as possible, and back to the big city where she feels safer.
I’ve tried to explain that the speed gradually decreases at approach to ANY populated area and the schools (which are invariably on the main drag/highway) then increases again when you get back on the open highway, so obeying the speed signs isnt hard at all. But she’s having none of it.
She insists “racism” is the only reason she is invariably pulled over and ticketed for speeding thru small towns.

Yes we could have. Said NO to a slave trade that had gone on for centuries. But we did the next best thing - when the better angels of our culture took over we ended slavery here - then we went to that hellhole in Africa that was running the slave trade and we put an end to them too.,
So yeah, we should have done it sooner. The slave trade was evil - but it was blacks who did it and who did it for hundreds of years. Black Americans need to get real about their historic victim-hood - and lay a little blame where it belongs.
