Joe Biden is going ‘all in’ on subjecting our gun rights to the dictates of the United Nations Small Arms Treaty — and if he’s successful, the damage will be catastrophic! This is as serious as it gets! Here’s what’s going on: Joe Biden lost control of the House on election night last year, which means passing gun control through Congress won’t be near as easy as it was before. That’s why Biden’s turning to the United Nations Small Arms Treaty and that’s what makes this so dangerous — international treaties only need to be ratified by the Senate!
To be very clear, the GOP-controlled House would have no say in this process. If the Senate votes to ratify it, that’s it. The details of the United Nations Small Arms Treaty are truly evil. At a minimum it would: Establish a global firearm registry that would track the ‘end user’ of every single rifle, shotgun, and handgun sold in the world through an international database! Mandate an international tribunal of nations be established to settle disputes that arise over the implementation and enforcement of this treaty. Create a clearing house for ‘sample legislation’ that member nations would be expected to use to make sure that national laws comply with the terms of the treaty. Clearly, a fully ratified United Nations Small Arms Treaty would be used to effectively disarm the American people, the last civilian population that is able to defend themselves!
The reason is simple. Biden and the Left hate this great country. And they hate the fact that our Founding Fathers gave us a Second Amendment in case our own government ever turned on us. But Joe Biden and the Radical Left aren’t the only ones who desperately want to disarm the American people with this treaty. Foreign governments like Communist China, socialist Europe, and 3rd world dictators around the globe are determined to bring Americans to our knees because as long as we’re still standing, we inspire hope to oppressed people around the world! Think this could never happen here? Think again. Joe Biden is the most vengeful President in our lifetime, openly calling conservatives and gun owners ‘domestic extremists’ and weaponizing federal law enforcement against us. And this tyrant-in-chief would love nothing more than to disarm us through the U.N. Small Arms Treaty, while pleasing Michael Bloomberg and his globalist pals at the same time.
That’s why it’s essential that you sign your petition today, so Senators Ossoff and Warnock know that if their party votes for this treaty, it’ll cost them control of the Senate in 2024! I get it; Ossoff and Warnock are radical communists who hate the Second Amendment. They won’t vote against this treaty because they have suddenly turned pro-gun. But Senate Democrats have a lot of seats to defend in 2024. And if we flood them with pressure against the UN Small Arms Treaty, it may be enough to stop them out of political self-interest. But for this program to work, it needs to be big! Senate is required to ratify by 2/3. That’s not going to happen. *unless of course the bastards changed that somehow

They know the local police won’t confiscate guns from the citizens so they demonize and defund the police, Then crime and mass shooting become rampant so the next step is send in the blue helmets. We have seen this coming since they raided the Davidian compound in Wako Texas.
Even if they COULD muster those 67 votes, see my above. SCOTUS has ruled several times that treaties cannot supersede the Constitution.
Further, those 67 votes are a HARD 67, iterated in the Constitution. This is not the more flexible Filibuster Rule, which CAN be changed at the start of each Senate.
Ratification requires a vote of two-thirds of the Senators.
There are enough democrat Senators who want to get re-elected that I doubt Chuckie Schumer could get 50 democrat Senators to vote to ratify, much less the necessary 2/3. I would be shocked if even the most left-wing Republicans (Mittens Romney, Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski, etc.) vote to ratify, since they want to get re-elected too.

I agree that it is never going to happen, but should point out that the Treaty Clause in the Constitution (Article II, Section 2, Clause 2) does not necessarily require 67 Senators to ratify, just "two-thirds of the Senators present" for the vote. Theoretically, 50 democrat Senators could ratify if at least 25 Republicans don't show up for the vote.
