The indictment is under seal until his arraignment.
He and his legal team are free to discuss it, but the DAs office can’t say anything until he appears in court.

The Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney has consistently bent the law to downgrade felonies and to excuse criminal misconduct. Yet, now he is stretching the law to target a political opponent.
Florida will not assist in an extradition request given the questionable circumstances at issue with this Soros-backed Manhattan prosecutor and his political agenda.

Some would...others maybe not. Even in my case, I was only leaning towards Trump...until last week, when DeSantis took the side of the Neocons in their effort to start World War 3, and then the cheap shot at Trump, when Trump was facing OBVIOUS political persecution.
You are unwilling to have a rational conversation because you have been conditioned to put your fingers in your ears, stomp your feet, and yell "THEY CHEATED!" again and again because trump told you to do so. It's pathetic and un-American to follow one man in this manner.

I am uncertain what the actual law states but I am pretty confident that we are in new territory where politicians pick and choose the laws they wish to enforce and those they ignore.
DeSantis is pretty salty and chippy (he has a little bit of Trump in him) so I don’t really see what recourse NY would have to hold a governor in another state accountable, but I am pretty sure Trump will appear.
We are just going to have to let this play out because it is quite possible that Fulton County, Georgia, is going to do the same thing.
FWIW - I don’t think this hurts Trump. A lot of sober democrats are on the record saying this case is a steaming pile of you know what. We are truly living in bizarroworld aren’t we?
I think I know why this happened today:
Now that SB 686 is becoming understood, they had to come up with an emergency distraction from their massive, unconstitutional thugocratic power grab.
Another mass shooting would take a couple of days to set up. All this would take to put in action was a phone call or text message to Bragg or Letitia James.
The first arrest will be the harbinger of things to come.

That was a good statement. To be honest I don’t know if that means Trump is safe in Florida, or instead that NYC has other options. And he didn’t mention Stormy, so he got that part right, finally.
I do know that if DeSantis can be seen as protecting Trump, his political value shoots up - but we’ll see!
