The Drudge Report, Matt Drudge’s right-leaning news aggregator ran a headline on Friday declaring former President Donald Trump threatened Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg in a Thursday Truth Social post, which Trump deleted on Friday afternoon.

Trump posted the article. The social media software posted the image in the article.
When Trump posted he
specified the url of the article
did not specify the url of the image
This has become beyond silly. If you want to imagine Trump did not know how his TS software works after all the posts he has made on his own platform and that he and his staff did not notice the image he posted, then go right ahead. No one is stopping you. I am done with this.
I am being accurate. When he posted
he entered the url of the article
did not enter the url of the image
So you want Trump to be more like George Bush (Sr. & Jr.) now and say nothing…or have his publicist write something PC? I’m sorry, but we’re waaaaay past the genteel politics you’re obviously pining for. Buy a clue, FFS!
It doesn’t matter
It’s no biggie
Except never Trumpers.
I’ve given you my take on it, but you like Twisting to your dislike of Trump.
Once more, it’s no biggie.
If you think it makes him look bad, that’s your problem.
Lots of ppl have been triggered, yer not alone
That you, Jeb?
Yes. I think he came to my attention when Steve Bannon interviewed him about six months ago when Strive was first taking off.
And he started a successful pharma business which I guess he sold a whle back.
“I’m amazed so many here got taken by this.” “Trump was pointing out how vicious the left is.” “So sad to see.”
Yes. Just as planned, they jumped on board condemning him for something he didn’t do. Re-posting an image to show their nastiness is important. They should have known better; memes created by the right are smart and funny, while memes by the left are childish and not funny.
Also sad is how many trolls have been embedded in FR to trash PDJT for this campaign. Like the embeds, e.g., Epps, who instigated the chaos on Jan. 6, the ones here are obvious, too.
Again, President Trump is entirely innocent and was referring to the backlash in the country had he been arrested. He specifically mentions COUNTRY. I’m amazed at the stupids that write this stuff, and just as amazed at the stupids who listen to the folks who’ve lied about the President for years and years now. You’d think they’d get a clue and drive on.
***What kind of person can charge another person, in this case a former President of the United States, who got more votes than any sitting President in history, and leading candidate (by far!) for the Republican Party nomination, with a Crime, when it is known by all that NO Crime has been committed, & also known that potential death & destruction in such a false charge could be catastrophic for our Country? Why & who would do such a thing? Only a degenerate psychopath that truely hates the USA!***
He presents a positive uplifting message and outlook, something America needs now and would find attractive in a candidate. No, again, I don’t see him winning the ptimary, but at least he will provide some much-needed positive notes.
Trump’s speech yesterday was not his best. The poor man has truly been treated horribly and persecuted unmercifully. I can’t blame him for being so angry and negative — not picking on him. One did not come away from that speech all pumped up over the great things a Trump second term would have in store for us. It wasn’t until over an hour into the speech that he even got around to what he plans to accomplish if elected, and then it was mostly build the wall. Maybe that speech played to his base okay, but in the general he will need to get away from all that negativity. Yes, hit the Dems hard for what they have done to our country, but also offer a hopeful and positive message.
“Trump’s speech yesterday was not his best.”
True. Same as all rally speeches. I don’t know hoe the man has endured for eight years of 24/7 persecution.
It must be frustrating as hell for him to know how well the economy and safety of the country was under him, and then to realize what it’s come to.
Trump had no control over his own Truth Social posts? I find that hard to believe. Trump is by far the best President for us Americans but this was an unforced error.
Yep. Still, Trump was actually viewed as being unfairly treated after this Fat Alvin show trial and somehow managed to partly screw it up.
I’m full Trump but are you suggesting he isn’t in control of his Truth Social account? You don’t have to defend everything the man does. He makes mistakes, and this one is unforced and was unnecessary. That doesn’t mean he isn’t by far the best candidate for 2024.
I don’t know how he has endured it, either. You’d have to have the skin of a rhinoceros to withstand all that and still be standing. Stress like that takes a toll on a human being and I worry for his health sometimes.
As tired as I am of losing, I do sometimes pine for the more gentlemanly demeanor of years past. I appreciate your sentiment on this.
“You don’t have to defend everything the man does.”
I don’t do that. His bragging about the clot shots always has been a problem for me. And his “skills” at choosing personnel ... a problem. Hosting a LGBT event at Mar-A-Lago ... a problem. He has many negatives, but his positives re economy, U.S. sovereignty, pipelines, AMERICA FIRST make him the “best candidate for 2024” (as you mention).
Like the embeds, e.g., Epps, who instigated the chaos on Jan. 6, the ones here are obvious, too.

I wouldn’t be able to tell apart CatHerd’s posts and posts from the Democratic Underground.
