A Minnesota woman is awaiting trial in May for multiple federal charges stemming from Jan. 6, 2021.
Victoria White, 41, of Rochester is speaking out after new body camera video from that day was obtained by The Epoch Times. She joined Liz Collin Reports this week.
The video from inside the lower west terrace tunnel at the U.S. Capitol is difficult to watch. It shows White being struck dozens of times by police with a collapsible metal baton over the course of four minutes. She was also punched in the head and sprayed with mace.
“This video was not turned over to myself and my attorney with our discovery so we can prepare for our case, which is actually illegal,” White said.

“more fairly”
Is “fairly” a valid word in DC?
That’s what you got? Criticizing the poster’s word choice?
Really?
think CFW is just commenting on DC, suggesting nothing’s fair there
I agree with that assessment.
she along with most of the J6 defendants need to sue.
they were treated FAR worse than the BLM protestors that just won a lawsuit.
44,000 hours of video is a LOT of video. Who that can be trusted has the capability to go through it?
In what court? With the Judiciary as corrupted as the rest of the Gubmint, what would be the point?
It’s time to realize that there is no justice at all with these Commies in control of everything.
“44,000 hours of video is a LOT of video. Who that can be trusted has the capability to go through it?”
___
Apparently not Tucker Carlson. How many actual “hours” of video did we see from his “bombshell” reporting? Less than half an hour? Then the plug was inserted and he pretended that he wasn’t silenced by the “powers that be”.
I think I would trust Rand Paul to be honest. Maybe Andrew Clyde from Georgia’s 9th district, and possibly a very few other Congressmen. They would need Matt Taibbi, Glenn Greenwald, Bari Weiss, Julie Kelley (American Greatness), Aaron Perry & Aaron Mate(RCP), and Michael Shellenberger to join them as reporters who could review it with them. One or two of those could provide the technical support need to assist the team.
However, many of the above reporters are still busy going through the Twitter files. What short a list we have when it comes to both politicians and reporters who can be trusted!
“Is “fairly” a valid word in DC?”
No. But “political equity” (not equality) is apparently now a thing. Whatever gives one side more political power can now be done for “reasons” and the Courts will accept that excuse as Constitutional.
A handful of people isn’t going to “cut it”. That’s 5 years continuous footage if viewed by one person never taking a break.
Even just to screen it, if some footage can be played at 2x, other footage will require more detailed looks and replaying / analysis.
Somehow hire 200+ young conservative lawyers?
They have to find a friendly court
Glwt.
How about they just dump it all online. So we the people can see it for ourselves.
No gatekeeper needed
there should be a billion dollar class action suit by all these abused and violated people.
.
From the article:
“I had stopped two men from breaking the Capitol windows. Then, they’re yelling things like, ‘Throw her in the window.’
Any bets on whether or not these “two men” were Democrat operatives or DC cops (same thing)?
Certainly no one in Washington D.C. or the Leftist media can be trusted to go through the video.

Post it all on Reddit then and let the geeks go after it! LOL.
However, in all seriousness, you are correct. The House GOP should created a site just for all the video and simply identify it by location and time-stamp. Then the people can go through and dissect it at will.
I would like to see the footage handed over to Judicial Watch, for one...
“Any bets on whether or not these “two men” were Democrat operatives or DC cops (same thing)?”
___
I suspect they were. Just as almost every instigator of damage and violence was on that date.
What really ticks me off so much is that every Constitutional Law or Rules of Evidence law school professor and attorney, with the exception of a handful are totally silent about the violations of these defendants’ Constitutional rights or the double-standards shown by their treatment versus the BLM rioters (who actually destroyed entire city blocks). As are almost every representative in the House and Senate, even those with law degrees. The few that have spoken out or represented the defendants have been ostracized by their peers.
Those that are supposed to be the loudest defenders of our Constitutional are being quiet while awaiting to see if the winds will start to turn. If it does, many who are now silent, will shove others out of the way in order to get to the front of the line to represent those (and the Constitution) that they now shun. Only then will they shout loudly and vehemently as they pretend to be suddenly concerned about the injustices we are all witnessing.
For instance, I often go to the Reason.com site to see if they will take issue with the prosecution and persecution of these defendants. Nope, very little is written on the subject. However, they are quick to write articles on perceived violations of the human rights of illegal aliens.
It simply makes me ill to my stomach to watch as the once noble profession of Lincoln and his ilk stoop so low as to base their opinion on which political party is being abused.
