Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has finally taken the gloves off and launched a blistering attack on his former mentor President Donald Trump.
In an exclusive wide-ranging interview with me airing on Fox Nation’s “Piers Morgan Uncensored” on Thursday, he said “stay tuned” about his widely expected announcement that he’s running for president and declared: I have what it takes to be president and I can beat Biden.
But it’s what he said about Trump that will ignite a firestorm in the Republican Party.

I did not see even one attack against Trump in the interview.
It was all:
DeSantis: “This thing is really good about me.”
Peirs: “And we all know that was really a dig at Trump saying he isn’t as good on this thing!”
Peirs: “Wow, such a vicious attack!”
Absolutely not. No reason to vote another Bush in office. It’s Trump or the country is over. Only He will do what it takes.

Trump won't change, however, DeSantis should not get involved in this stuff if he wants to continue to imply he's a more civil form of Trump.

You are exactly right. There would have been impeachment trials if it were President Jeb Bush or President Cruz or President Romney. Hillary was going to pay for dirt on any of them and if none could be found she would have paid someone to fabricate it like she did to Trump.

Piers Morgan said Trump’s major picks in the mid-terms did lousy. I guess it depends on which picks Piers is looking at. Dr. Oz, for one.
