Was thinking about that movie today as I was leaving a hospital visit.
Yeah it was a story that was too good to be true.
He floated a lot of bad checks and BSed his way onto a few flights, but most everything else was fabricated.
OK. His story may have been full of lies but it sure made for a fun movie. Enjoyed it.

Other con artists really did pretend to be doctors, etc. But, Abagnale has been pulling the most lucrative con for years.
So a con man conned the world into thinking he was a bigger con man than he was? Whatever. Cute movie, though.
If this Abagnale had run for office as a Demonrat, he’d be President today.
In related news, the man who portrayed him in the film lied about being an actor.
