Well well well, isn’t this convenient? Now that Tucker Carlson has released more of the January 6th footage that disproves many of the lame, hateful narratives from the Left (and sadly, two nasty RINOs who are now both officially out of a job) it would appear the committee chairman, Bennie Thompson, is claiming they never had access to the footage.
No. Really.
They just had a bunch of staff go through it.
Can’t even make this crap up.
Thompson said he doesn’t think any of the Jan. 6 members themselves ever had access to the footage — they let only staff view it. "I'm actually not aware of any member of the committee who had access. We had a team of employees who kind of went through the video."

To be fair, the committee was put in place to produce a pre-ordered outcome. They didn't need to be exposed to any evidence to roll out the playbook guilty verdict. It's politics, not justice.

His comment actually is worse condemnation of his actions, he has admitted to seeking sever imprisonment and life damaging punishment for individuals. Individuals for which he has never viewed the evidence of their actions. That is as debased as one can be.

The membership of the committee and the way they went about everything they did was completely partisan and it was nothing but a witch hunt television show.
The conclusions and the connections they tried to make were just childish.
Really is a sad example of a dumbing down of America at the highest levels or I should say now the lowest levels.
A legitimate committee certainly could have placed some blame and criticism on president Trump but that would have just been the beginning of an intelligent discussion of everything and everyone involved.
Instead we were treated to a fantasy play in which a protest at the capital was turned into an existential threat against democracy.

having a black committee chair was smart for the Dem’s...in theory...in reality, he is not smart enough to deal with even a tiny amount of pushback. Claiming the committee members didn’t actually view the tapes is the same as conceding Tuckers argument - and effectively throws the entire J6 ruse under the bus...staff, committee, Dem’s, MSN, and RINO GOP leadership...everyone.

I can believe they never saw it. I am sure that someone either their own staff or the FBI curated for them. But then we need to dig into that. Who was it that curated the video. Those people are the premier swamp who should be thrown out of a job at worst and indited at best.
Remember politicians are temporary. The regular federal employees are permanent. Its those swamp creatures who are permanent that need to be exposed and fired.
This is the state of “higher” education these days. The University of Virginia just hired a proven and proud liar. What is their plan with her?
