The Hill ^ | 03/05/2023 | Julia Mueller

Former President Trump has made developing nicknames for his GOP rival and potential presidential opponent Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) a priority as his team works on his 2024 campaign, according to a new Bloomberg report.

Trump has floated “Ron DisHonest,” “Ron DeEstablishment,” and “Tiny D” as monikers for the Florida governor, but appears to favor “Ron DeSanctimonious,” according to Bloomberg.

The former president coined “DeSanctimonious” days ahead of the midterm elections and shortly before launching his own presidential bid in November.

Trump’s labeling opponents with nicknames is one of a few quirks. Surely he knows he gains nothing by doing it, and it does makes him look petty. He is a much better man than this.

Low Energy Jeb never recovered from Trump’s labeling..

And the country can thank Trump for finally ending the Bush family attempt at another Swamp White House term..

Some won’t ever see Jeb again, as anything but low energy.

And let’s recall his nicknames were for both sides of the swamp by Trump. Both R’s and D’s have their own. And who can forget Rocket Man?

And even Ted Cruz got a new nickname which would look a little better than Lyin Ted..

Trump has some rules for radicals in his playbook..

Trump isn’t playing by the same rules you and I learn.

He is fighting a swamp, not trying to fight nice..

Sounds like DeSantis lives rent free In Trumps head 24/7

Sadly, he will alienate 30 percent of the party with his childish behavior and 270 will fade as a reality in the general.

If he’s smart...he simply forgets DeSantis and starts running against Biden and the democrats.

MSM: We spend days workshopping variations on the tired old Orange Man Bad theme, and don’t understand why people see right through them.

‘Trump got more votes in his second election..’

the third party vote, which hurt Trump in 2016, was virtually non existant in 2020...

The news repackages this same article and publishes it every few weeks, each time creating new “nick-names” Trump is apparently thinking of for DeSantis. They so want a divide between Trump and DeSantis and their supporters. That’s the only way they can beat conservatives and they know it. They have to divide members of the conservative base so that the establishment can once again take control of the party. The left knows they can “manage” them so are happy with the Romney wing of the GOP.

Maybe it isn’t a red herring, look at the “names” he’s called people in the past. He has a proven history of it and it is pretty disgusting for a man of Trump’s status.

What is the source of this vaguely worded and imprecise accusation about Trump? It says Bloomberg. How does Bloomberg know? Did they hear it from The Hill?

The Propaganda machine continues...

First of all, it’s the Hill.

Honestly, that’s enough said.

The only paper worse right now is the New York Post.

Any day now I expect them to reveal that Trump wears blue
thongs around home.

Hope this is not true. Focus on Biden and his failures and what Trump do to save this nation.

You are correct, my good FRiend, and I do wish more good folks here would appreciate the problem.

I would wager my allowance (if I got one) that we'll see one or more third party candidates for 24.

Willard and possibly the Lizard might pair up, as they have no chance in the GOP primaries.

Even more important is stealth uber leftie Dem Joe Manchin. Joe Manchin is the new Ross Perot, one highly suspects.
