Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) failed to answer whether he still identifies as a Democrat on this week’s broadcast of Fox News Channel’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”
Manchin said, “My main concern is how do we bring this country together? How do we make it work? How do we make Democrats, Republicans become Americans again and not just party affiliates? This is what’s happening right now. We’re pushing people further apart, making people take a side and rewarding for bad behavior.”

He’s a four-flusher. Talks a good game but votes with the Dems consistently. And by the way, “bipartisan” doesn’t necessarily mean it’s good for the country. Just means there are greedy shitheads on both sides of the aisle whose only concern is their and their families’ venal interests.

Interesting. This past week there was a thread on here with 2 photos. One showed a younger Donald Trump holding hands with his black girlfriend at the time. The other showed Brandon holding the hand of the late Senator “Sheets” Byrd in a raised fist pumping celebration. Byrd once was the Grand Kleagle or something of the Ku Klux Klan. Trump is falsely excoriated as a racist. Byrd is falsely lauded as a paragon of virtue. In the Byrd photo, Manchin in the background beams approvingly at the Brandon-Byrd gestures. FWIW.

Well he sure is helping the Dems keep control of Senate so I don’t think he is an American.
In D.C., you are either a D or R. If you are a D, get lost or change parties. Being in the majority is everything.
