In a video from June of 2021 that is going viral, a 15 year-old student from Rosemount High School in Minnesota explains to the local school board how the embrace of Critical Race Theory in education has made things worse for students.
In his speech, he describes his first day of high school, when the principal praised multiple racial identities to the student body while neglecting half of the audience that looked like him, noting that in doing so, the principal was pitting students against each other for things they can’t control.
He talks about a teacher who praised socialism in the classroom and the culture of fear people live in at the school because they are unable to speak their minds.

That’s true, however, if the MAJORITY (and those three groups you name, together, ARE CLEARLY the MAJORITY in this country) will only stick together and speak out, we can push this evil back into the pit of hell from whence it came.
The problems come when we cower and refuse to speak the truth out loud.

Or to look at it from another perspective, perhaps he was trying to unify all the non-whites against the whites.
Well, here's the problem. Roughly 1/4 of all heterosexual white people are totally left-wing & totally on board with the "Hate Whitey" agenda. How much do you have to hate your parents, to want to adopt this ideology when you're in college (or in Rosemount's case, high school)?
By othering white people, the hope is to tribalize them because a 60% unified population can have anything it wants.

The fact that a 15 year old saw this and recognized it goes to show how egregious this is. OTOH, it gives me some hope for some of the younger generation.
So when you explain to its proponents that CRT spreads racial anger and hatred by teaching that ALL whites have rigged the system against blacks, they respond by saying you don't "understand" it.
If our culture survives this epidemic of Woke brainwashing, psychiatrists, psychologists, and other behavioral scientists in the future will look back on this era as a bewildering deviation in human sanity.
The Woke madness will rank right up there with the madness of Germany in the late 1920's up through the 1940's.

Knowing government bureaucracies, I guess that the principal was rising to the challenge of pushing critical race theory, knowing that his documenting having pursued it would get him
a great performance review from his higher level administrative supervisors, perhaps also the School Board, and an excellent chance of a financial bonus “for a job well done” in implementing their mandate.
The diverse “student body” should unify and give the dirtbag “principal” a blanket party.
I suppose you could call brainwashing "unifying". Mao "unified" China with the cultural revolution.
