The Canada video link was to Dolly Moore’s twitter account. I can’t access twitter from here at work but it might be worth it for someone to see if its still up on there. WHile video’ing, she said she heard a jet, really loud, ran outside and saw the smoking object falling out of the sky

NORAD misses things like that but NRO stereoscopic imaging satellites catch everything moving down to a meter, if it is on a persistent trajectory.
